"Empowering In-House EDI with Responsive, Customer-First Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

It allows companies to have their own in house EDI without relying on 3rd party providers to do the building for them. They also have a very responsive support and treat their customer very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?

I wish it had a 2nd factor authentication and password require updated features added to CIC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenn Bigdeliazari of Cleo

Adam, the control you're describing — owning your EDI in-house without handing it off to a third party — is exactly what Cleo is built to deliver. It's great to hear it's working that way for your team. On the 2FA and password policy side: that's specific, useful feedback and I've passed it along to our product team. Security and access control capabilities are important to Cleo, and it is an area where we have made significant investments -- these are great additional ideas.  If you want to stay close to what's coming on that front or want to flag the urgency directly, your CSM can connect you with the right people.  Also feel free to visit our TrustCenter, where you can find the latest security information:  https://trustcenter.cleo.com/

"Customizable and Reliable, But Needs Improved Usability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

I like how Cleo Integration Cloud allows me to receive orders and send invoices seamlessly without the manual entry aspect. The CIC platform is customizable, which is great, and the team behind it is solid. I can create any report I need and customize my dashboard to highlight what is important for me to track and monitor. Additionally, CIC integrates well with our D365 F&O Platform. What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?

I think there's a learning curve when you start and it takes time to understand how to use it. IT could be made more user friendly. It's not easy. IT takes a team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Needs Better Error Clarity and Setup Improvements"
3/5
What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

I like that Cleo Integration Cloud notifies us and tracks the errors, allowing us to get down to the platform and see the different errors and the amount of transactions we receive each day. It helps us know the volume we're getting on a daily basis and allows us to do analytical work to track what we're getting on a monthly and yearly basis. It also keeps track of the different errors we may see and gives us more exposure to solving these errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?

A good detailed response into the errors is lacking. It does not clearly state what the error is and offers no suggestions on what should be done to correct the error. I would give the initial setup a five out of 10 because we had to go back and do a lot of rework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive EDI Tool with Easy Navigation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

I like Cleo Integration Cloud's screen and find it easy to use. Whenever there's a failure, I can easily go to the messages and jobs earlier. The partner setup is simple, and working with EDI document raw data and EDI flat files is easy. I appreciate how I can copy and paste data effortlessly, and I find it easy to gather, store, and format data. I've used other EDI tools, but I like how Cleo makes data management straightforward. "Reliable EDI Solution with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

I use Cleo Integration Cloud for our EDI software, and it helps resolve any reliability issues we've experienced with other EDI VAN platforms. Cleo is reliable, never has downtime issues, and offers excellent mapping and project capabilities. I like their amazing support team; we always receive ticket feedback within half an hour. Our customer service manager is also amazing. Cleo is constantly coming up with new features and updates all the time, keeping up with new AI and technology, which adds great value as they always try to stay one step ahead. The reliability and the connectors that Cleo offers make it worthwhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?

I don't think there are very many issues to be honest. However, we are used to some platforms where we can see full EDI data as far as line items, but Cleo does not have that ability just yet without having another setup like in their orchestration environment. An email connector within Cleo that connects to your business email to send information like certificate expirations and error messages directly would be useful, so we wouldn't have to go outside Cleo to send those emails. "Outstanding Customer Service and Easy-to-Use Cleo"
5/5
What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

What I like most is the customer service. Cleo is easy to use and if there is something that I don't know how to do, I call and someone happily walks me through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?

I haven't really encountered anything that I don't like as of yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenn Bigdeliazari of Cleo

Diane, a phone call that actually gets resolved is rarer than it should be in this industry, so I'm glad that's been your experience with our support team. We're pushing hard on AI-assisted guidance and expanding self-service resources this year, aiming to get you answers even faster than a call. It's great to hear Cleo is smoothing out the billing process between you and your client — that kind of behind-the-scenes reliability is exactly the value we want customers to feel. Keep in touch with your CSM as new features roll out this year; there may be more ways to tighten that workflow further.

"Reliable SFTP with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

I like that Cleo Integration Cloud allows us to create a connector and extend our drive space to on-prem for internal data movement. It simplifies patching and updating the SFTP server, leaving those tasks to the SaaS provider. Cleo's team worked diligently to help us integrate Cleo Integration Cloud into our workflow, providing excellent support. I also appreciate that once the setup is done, Cleo Integration Cloud is solid, and it's almost a set-it-and-forget-it kind of solution. Big thanks to Cleo for their flexibility with licenses and support, which has helped us through unforeseen circumstances and internal projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?

We had a little trouble at first integrating our workflow into Cleo Integration Cloud. It was basically integrating our internal legacy workflows into how CIC handled the files. There was a bit of education on our side to get CIC working in a modern fashion with our legacy workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlining EDI with Cloud Efficiency"
4/5
What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

What I like most about Cleo Integration Cloud is the cloud. For years, we used Cleo Lexicom, which was an in-house product that we had to host locally on our own servers to provide the functionality that we needed. But now, using Cleo Integration Cloud and a very lightweight agent on-site, we are able to push the burden of hosting and managing the application back to the cloud. The fact that Cleo Integration Cloud is cloud-based allows me to free up my time that would otherwise be required to manage the locally installed application, keeping it backed up, updated, patched, etcetera. I found the initial setup to be quite easy, and the agent that we had to install locally was very quick and easy through a provided PowerShell script. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?

There's only one enhancement that I wish Cleo Integration Cloud had, which is the ability to set a window of time where my systems would be unavailable. The integrated monitoring system on Cleo Integration Cloud checks when my system is unavailable and reports it as an outage, sending lots of emails to notify me of a problem. But it's actually scheduled downtime for my system, so my preference would be to tell Cleo Integration Cloud not to consider my systems being down during this timeframe as an error, but to ignore those time frames instead. "Robust EDI Management with Minimal Issues"
5/5
What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

I really like that Cleo Integration Cloud is a stable platform where we can exchange hundreds of thousands of transactions each month with very limited issues. It's great that we can exchange many data points, including orders, invoicing documents, and supplier purchase orders. The ability to monitor and get alerts for any failed documents or missed SLAs by our partners is useful and helps in greatly reducing back-end collection issues. Once past the learning curve, our team was able to become self-sufficient without needing managed services. I would give Cleo Integration Cloud a 10 because it overcomes many difficult EDI challenges with other software providers and it's a company that works well with its customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?

A data search in the Cleo Integration Cloud dashboard is a little difficult, with having to wildcard certain fields without much explanation on the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust, User-Friendly Tools with Effortless Certificate Updates"
4/5
What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

A lot of the tools that the CIC offers are very robust and user-friendly. One of my favorite functions is the ability to generate and send out a new connection certificate, and have the CIC auto-magically update the certificate once the trade partner installs and uses it. That cuts down on a lot of the coordination required for the effort.

I also do like the ease of seeing the documents before and after transformation with minimum extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?

Sometimes the support isn't as reachable as I feel it should be. I don't often need to make high priority tickets for production down issues, but there can be a lack of communication back to me after I've made a ticket. Also per the support site documentation, there's a phone number to call to escalate the ticket, but no one has ever picked up in the few times that I've had calls. This leaves me with uncertainty on if a ticket has been assigned or worked on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
