At our companywe use cleo everyday in our day to day operations. We have had them assist us with setting up EDI connection with several companies making it very easy to integrate into our logistics environment. There service allows us to use a variety of edi files as needed, the possibility to manage/create our own connections in house, and save us a lot of money from other solutions. The only downside I can think of is when setting up your own EDI connections it can be quite a lot to take in and setup the first few times. The best part of moving to a software like cleo is like swimming in the ocean. You can literally do anything with a file as long as you are able to understand the transformation process. All the members that we communicated with had one thing in common, listening. They knew exactly what we were looking for in a short amount of time.

The best feature of CIC is allowing customers to support their own EDI in house. This can be done easily using their platform for integration and EDI development. I work for a food redistribution company that did not have much of an established EDI department for our vendors and customers. We are looking to grow are EDI business and went to Cleo to accomplish this task. There was a learning curve to their software, but it has the ability to do so many different integrations. They also watch for technology and security changes and update their platform to accomadate these changes. This allows our EDI to align with our company policies for security. Customer support could be more responsive on updates especially for enhancements. It would be nice to have more documentation on implementation using real life scenarios. It's hard to find any documentation for building out business processes. I would like to learn more about what CIC studio can do and CIC so it would be nice to see more interactions with customer videos and meetins showing different types of development and integration. What I like best is the quality of the product. It is easy to work, the interface is intuitive but It If you want more complex task, the tool can delivery this to you. Its easy to implement and to maintain. We are using the system for 1 year now and we are also finding things new in how we can improve our business using the power of Cleo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
