What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

Cleo Integration Cloud has allowed us to easily implement EDI customers as well as share data between vendors in a secure and efficient manner with minimal infrastructure. What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

I like the great deal of options for integrations. You can use them for managed services or do the majority of the implementations yourself. What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?

<p>Response from support can be difficult and slow. The training is not in depth enough, and the help materials are minimal. So both of those things will require time and money. The tools can be very complex so there is a long learning curve.</p> Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

I really like Cleo Integration Cloud for processing and resolving EDI functions. I can track EDI transmission, resubmit and monitor invoice transmissions for strategic accounts. I like the feature that shows which accounts have rejected invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?

I dislike the options to search data points are unclear. Cleo uses "User Reference" whichs makes it difficult to track certain data points. The ability to view invoices that did not go through on larger EDI transmissions is also limited. Cleo will confirm an accepted transmission but will not respond with rejected or failed invoices for larger accounts. We are also unable to view smaller line item rejections on the larger EDI submissions. Support from Cleo is also not very responsive. We have an outstanding ticket for this and have yet to get a status Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

There are Many Advantages to say about CIC, like Real Time Dashboards, Various Protocol Connectivity Options, Different Format transformations, Reference Tables for Ease of Onboarding, Identifying the reason for Job Failures via Logs, Alerts for Unprocessed files, etc. The product's widespread use will be as easy as an Admin or Support from the customer's point of view. What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?

There are no Cons, but a few enhancements can be added based on the customer's request or compared to the other EDI products in the market. I hope those will be taken care of by Cleo Product Team in the Future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

CLEO really gives us the power to make our own EDI mappings for our Blue Cherry ERP where we used to be held hostage to have the vendor provide the mappings for a substantial fee and a long turn over period, we can now have a new mapping completed in a day or two and no additional cost. What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?

Nothing so far. Whenever we come up with a "I wish CLEO could do..." scenario, it seems that they are working on it and it is due soon. This has already happened with the ability to integrate with NetSuite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cleo Integration Cloud?

Once integrated, the system is seamless. We've reduced the daily time and effort it took to process outbound 856/810 document by, at least, half. No bottleneck. I would advise anyone new to pay for the additional training along with knowledge transfer sessions from the integration team. We've been with 3 different popular EDI partners over 20 years, and this one by far is the best for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cleo Integration Cloud?

The initial integration to CIC was lengthy and somewhat difficult/confusing at first. Sales team made it sound easier than it really is. Integration team called that out, that they've heard the same feedback before. They use proprietary terms that a newby might struggle with until you learn CIC. Their integration teams are mostly offshore, so the time difference might cause an issue in terms of working on the project.
