What do you like best about Clari?

Clari is my go-to for keeping track of my team's deals. I love the ability to organize and filter information to get the view that you desired view of my pipeline. I also love it for keeping track of what's closing and when it's projected to close. The modules I use the most are the forecasting and opportunities modules. The Clari deal prediction score that tracks your emails and contacts with the customer is awesome as well. As a leader I use the Clari Predictive AI as well as pulse and waterfall reports as well. What do you dislike about Clari?

There isn't really anything I dislike about Clari. Any record-keeping in sales is annoying but Clari really makes it a breeze Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clari?

I really like the Deal Central feature. As a software sales rep, it makes it easy in terms of forecasting due to Clari being able to integrate with Salesforce. I can easily edit the close date and push deals out if the prospect mentions their timeline has changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clari?

I really like Wingman, the only dislike would be the call trimming. It doesn't let you go to a certain point in the snippet of the call; it makes you play it from the beginning to end without being able to go to that specific spot you want. I'd like to see that in the product enhancement, but overall it's a good tool for the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves my need to edit deals outside of Salesforce, review calls, and check on my teams activity. Additionally, it helps me solve sending specific parts of the call to prospects after the demo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clari?

Multi-touch campaigns. It is easy to reach a mass audience quickly and in an automated fashion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clari?

Using Clari makes it easy to understand deals that have lost my attention and are looking for updates. Being able to quickly adjust forecast, commits, upsides, etc makes it easy to consume and digest from our leadership as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i have nothing against it since again it's very easy to use and to understand. i cannot access it through my phone and that's the only downside of it especially if im at home Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clari?

The transcription feature is a vast improvement to our previous platform and so it he ability to correctly identify the correct speaker; I've gotten more value out of reading the calls and the highlights recently than listening to the full calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clari?

I find the display to be somewhat overwhelming in some screens, but I believe these may be configurable by organization and I may just not have the ability to change them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clari?

Clari enables greater synergy between myself and sales leadership in forecasting. The connection to SFDC ensures that I don’t propagate another data silo in the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clari?

I would love to be able to pipe in opportunity related data into the notes section in my forecasting. I would also love to see more "bulk update" functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With clari I am easily able to collaborate with sales leader ship to provide an accurate forecast. This allows me to receive the necessary training and coaching to help me hit my number. What do you like best about Clari?

Groove is the best tool if you are looking to be way more organized and efficient in your day. It gives you the ability to give maximum output in the most user-friendly way possible.
