What do you like best about Clari?

Clari produces great reports for management and allows for granular looks at pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clari?

From the sales rep side, Clari is incredible cumbersome and non-intuitive. It's supposed to be integrated with SFDC, but still requires manual entering of numbers and often requires a calculator to add up pipeline, commit and best case deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Clari?

Groove helps make our roles, especially sending emails and making it a lot easier for our customers o reach us. It also helps in providing the best customer service to our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about groove is it can't track the number of minutes when we try to call a customer which we also greatly need in fulfilling out respective roles and track our productivity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps in scheduling an appointment with the customers and helps us in extracting data to track our productivity. Groove automates administrative tasks and makes Salesforce easy to access and update from everywhere a seller works – in the office, at home, or on the road. What do you like best about Clari?

What I do like the most about Groove is the email tracking benefits where I can see if my email has been reviewed or seen by my client. It can't be compare to other competitors because it is user friendly and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clari?

Sometimes, there are emails that can't be tracked for some reasons. I used to double check every solutions that can be made. However, those solutions are not effective at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clari?

The interface is very user-friendly, and everything is very accessible. On top of that, the platform works very well for its intended use, and it makes my job much more manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are occasional instances where I experience some bugs, such as calls not registering after they are made. However those are FEW and far between. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clari?

I love how easy Groove is to use, it is very user-friendly. It allows me to creat custom templates and send emails out to lists of target prospects all at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clari?

I have yet to find something that is a major issue. There's only been one instance where sending mass emails bounced as spam but I don't think that was necessarily a groove issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clari?

It's integration with Salesforce, which makes updating Clari forecasts incredibly easy. Additionally, the waterfall pipeline overviews are incredibly helpful and easy to drill into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that there's a lag in the system when trying to accept some of the fields. I try to enter a value and it takes a long time before I can access any other fields to change the values. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
