I appreciate how Clari integrates seamlessly with Salesforce. The nativity of Clari means that any updates or changes we make in Salesforce are instantly reflected in Clari, which helps maintain data integrity and reduces the risk of duplicates or errors. This integration is crucial for us, especially when dealing with tools like Sixth Sense and G2, as it allows us to trigger actions based on real-time data without the need for cumbersome manual processes. Integration with Salesforce. Easy to assign accounts and individuals to a flow through Salesforce or Groove app. The automated flows are used by our revenue team across the customer journey: from cold call outreach, during the sales cycle, post sales nurturing, and product trainers. The user interface to find templates and flows is difficult and clunky. The massive list of templates can't be sorted and the search function isn't helpful. Any new template goes to the bottom of the list. As an admin, I build shared flows/templates and it is frustrating to point our users to a specific template. When building a new flow/folder, I see everyone's and can't filter or sort. The gmail add-on took too much real estate on my email account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It consolidates a lot of complex deal information into a simple dashboard that has helped me manage my various roles as account executive, regional leader and geographic leader. The single truth eliminates the misinformation and timing often associated with off line reporting and analytics. I can use it anyware from mobile or laptop so I can get the info in real time. Clari gives me complete visibility into our pipeine and allows me to easily slice it up any way we need to understand what's happening. Our reps can quickly and easily make CRM updates which help us drive strategic conversations in order to capture as much revenue as we can. Its easy to navigate through all the opportunities within the region. I use Clari nearly every day as it allows me to keep tabs on accounts in a much easier fashion then going to SFDC. Clari allows us to keep track of all our calls with AI technology that gives an easy access to review a recording. I lost often ask clari bot to know what are the key points of the conversation that would give me an idea of what the next best steps are. Clari also allows to forecast our sales and where should we most focus on.
Groove on the other hand is a tool that connects with our CRM Salesforce to easily add and allow us to creat a cadence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Clari copilot I would see is inferior vs. Gong for example. Gong has the ability to filter all calls and simplify navigation while Clari forces me to look at the dates of each call and have to flip through 10 pages to simply back track a previous recording.
Groove has caused a lot of downtime as this application displayed bugs. There's a feature where customer would be allowed to call us but unlike Salesloft. Salesloft would give us the name of the person who called our direct line while Groove would only give you the phone number making it almost impossible which account that number is associated with. When clixking the email icon, it would ask for me to login to Groove but it would never recognize you're already logged in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
