The best part about Clari is its ability to provide a clear and dynamic view of our sales activities. The flexibility to filter down and sync activities to specific accounts and opportunities is a big plus. I dislike how difficult and complicated it is to manage the clari application accross all of their products. Clari doesnt work that well with their Co-Pilot offering and their Groove app doesnt integrate with their core product at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't know what I was doing before Clari but I can't live without it now. Forecast this way does take some getting used to but it's lightyears ahead of relying on Salesforce. After a few weeks, it becomes 10x easier to run 1 on 1s, prep for team meetings, quarterly meetings. My favorite part is what you can use for coaching and personal development. I wish there were more email alerts. We have Atrium in tandem with Clari but hopefully in the future the product becomes more intuitive sending leaders notifications proactively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Clari does a great job of visualizing certain data that is either impossible or very time consuming to view from Salesforce directly. Specifically, tracking pipeline changes over certain periods of time (Waterfall chart) and the forecast module (tracking changes to the forecast, etc..).
I also appreciate some of the rep productivy features, such as the bi-directional sync to help update SFDC fields and actvity capture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the dedicated analytics are great, some additional flexibility/customization options would go a long way. For example, in the Funnel chart, it would be great if we could look at deals that had a close date in the previous quarter as of a certain date (eg. set to close in Q1 on the first day of quarter), as opposed to deals that only closed in the quarter.
I would also like to see some improvements to the dashboard functionality. It's very rigid in terms of the columns we can pull into the Top Deal charts, and often restrictive for the specific KPIs that can be shown. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is always evolving. Originally this was a meeting recording platform that would accompany you in your meetings and record the session but now there is detailed AI functionality in the system that will help you analyse the transcript fo the meeting, highlight action items and now will even send you summaries of the meeting afterwards. Clari has significantly improved our revenue forecast visibility, making pipeline management more efficient and streamlined. With AI based insights from Pulse and CRM scoring, we can assess our forecast with greater accuracy and confidence. Prior to Clari, we relied on disjointed reports and spreadsheets for forecasting and pipeline reviews, which made the process cumbersome and time-consuming. While Clari’s integration with Salesforce via the integration user is simple, its reliance on Salesforce hierarchies can feel rigid and limiting at times. Additionally, while Clari provides basic trend views on past performance, it lacks clear insights into how key metrics are improving over time. It is very easy to use. I use it almost everyday to update my opportunity notes and adjust my forecast. I find it easier to use then SFDC Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it takes a bit to charge when you click the boxes to load the information. and everytime it updates everything re-starts and you have to set up everything from scratch that's is a little annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I find most helpful about Clari is being able to update close dates and forecasting. It's fairly intuitive to use and it integrates well with Salesforce. I use it every single week and often check it daily to make sure I'm aligned on the deals that I am running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I find least helpful is that some of the features that are reported don't actually tell me where that information is coming from. I.e. Where my weighted number is coming from or how it is being calculated would be helpful. I wish that I could also apply the same next action to multiple opps instead of having to enter it in manually.
