Groove allows me to easily offer appointments and build a schedule that works for me. One highlight - the (adult) students I work with are able to view appointment times in their own time zone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very intuitive, lots of good features that I can see many use cases for in Sales, Customer Success and other customer-facing roles. Relatively seamless integrations with Gmail, Salesforce, Highspot and other platforms we use internally. A platform with a lot of potential to automate and digitise customer outreach tasks. No complete guide on all functions available (I am currently building documentation on Groove best practices, use cases and features internally), Flow management is difficult to centralise and manage across larger team causing blocked flows sitting everywhere - impacting the efficacy of central comms we need to get out, formatting on templates/text is less than ideal and often tedious (happy to have a conversation on this with examples), HTML hosting function is also currently primitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
