Clari makes it extremely easy to quickly get the information I need across many different teams and opportunities. It is all organized very nearly and the interface is so clean and simple to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are really only 2 things that I dislike about Clari. First, there is a limitation to only have 4 Groups per view. This is a bit annoying as there are quite a few different data points on our opportunities that I wish I could quickly group at a glance without changing views. Secondly, over the past year Clari has done several updates which has caused all of my views to reset. This is extremely frustrating to sit down and see that I have to rebuild all of my views again almost from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like I can send off hundreds of emails in bulk the same day. Additionally Groove support is efficient at answering questions and resolving my issues. Very reliable team y'all have over there.
i use it frequently for my work as a BDM.

My frustration is with the UI. It feels very clonky and a lot of times for me groove is frequently saying an issue has occured with that little issue pop up when I'm about my normal business and then I have to stop using groove and do something else until the engineering team resolves it.
And parts of the UI seem counterintuitive and difficult.
Heres to name a few to start:
- SO many times I've started creating a flow and I accidentally x out of the screen and lose what I created. Wish the flow would save automactically as I'm building it out step by step.
- It's really easy to lose track of contacts who bounce on a flow and it gets complicated really quick between removed, bounced, exited, completed, etc. to keep things straight.
- I understand the purpose of global standards but would like to make a few exceptions to a few flows ex. we have a global standard to kick people out of a flow when they respond but when im sending out a monthly newsletter to my clients and prospects (regardless if they resond or not) i'm not able to do that very easily carrying the same audience across a multi-step flow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate the simplicity of Clari. The tool is built in a way that makes it easy for everyone to use and understand. The new forecasting methodology has been well received by our teams, and the functionality is solid. Everything rolls up correctly, which is crucial for our weekly calls with the lines of business teams in the U.S. The visibility it provides, especially with the upsell tab, is also a big plus.

Before Clari, we had issues with our pipeline not rolling up correctly, especially in the UK. This caused a lot of headaches and made it difficult to trust the data. I like how Clari integrates with Salesforce and makes it easy to update and manage my deals. The opportunity grid is particularly useful because it puts all the key information I need right in front of me. I can update fields like close dates and next steps directly in Clari, and it syncs back to Salesforce, which saves me a lot of time. Not so much a downside, but rather a natural evolution of professionalism and etiquette; my company's old AI notetaking tool did not ask permission before automatically joining, but Clari does. This is technically a better way to handle things, but moving at a fast sales-cylce pace myself, it has resulted in a few less recordings on avg due to customers declining the recording -- a potential feature rather than a bug. Clari's deal summaries feature is really useful. It smartly summarizes everything that happened with an opportunity, which helps us keep track of all the activities without having to click into each one. This makes it easier to stay updated on deals. Also, the ability to see the CRM score and activity level for each deal in a simple grid is helpful. It shows where we are putting our efforts and which deals need more attention. The integration with Salesforce is seamless, and the insights panel is a great addition for quick deal overviews. One of the things I appreciate most about Clari is the ability to manage and organize our flows effectively. The collections feature, which allows us to group flows into categories like outbound or inbound, has been particularly useful. It helps us keep track of key metrics such as open rates and completion rates at a high level. This makes it easier to follow up on low engagement flows and decide whether they need revision or if they should be retired. Their support process is lacking v their tool performance- which has been dissapointing in the past - but getting better. They went from support ticket creation via email to a portal. Clari's ability to integrate seamlessly with Salesforce and provide a clear, active territory hierarchy is a standout feature. The platform's ease of use in setting up and managing territories, along with the ability to populate opportunities with the Territory2 ID, makes it very efficient. Our whole GTM Org is aligned in leveraging Clari for Forecasting in addition to advanced analytics features. We've adopted data from it into cadences from the Executive to Sales-rep level.

One of the things I appreciate most about Clari is the level of partnership and support they provide. Even when we hit some bumps during implementation, their team was always eager to help us solve problems and listen to our feedback. The insights we got from Clari, even just a few weeks in, are already surpassing what we had from our previous solution. Love the user-friendly features and the visibility it provides into our Sales forecast. We use Clari every week on our forecast call with our ELT. I'm able to screen-share Clari directly with our executive team because it presents the forecast in a clear, consise, and streamlined view. Support requests are addressed quickly, and the integration with Salesforce refreshes the data consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are small quirks with the tool, such as the need to create a separate Clari "user" for each node in our forecast hierarchy which requires a Salesforce user license in our SFDC hierarchy. (Example: If we want to separate out "Account Management" and "Enterprise Sales" under the same sales leader, we need two additional Salesforce "users" to be linked to those subgroupings.) It would be a huge benefit if we could simply create those 'levels' as subsets of our Forecast without requiring an actual user as a placeholder.
