What do you like best about Clari?

What do you dislike about Clari?

Dialer can mess up and hang up halfway through conversation, I use teams now but my team is slowly switching over after still experiencing problems months after implementation. What do you like best about Clari?

I really appreciate Clari’s one-to-one dashboard—it’s designed specifically for our reps, minimizing the need for excessive clicks or learning new processes. Since their primary focus is pipeline generation, having an intuitive and streamlined dashboard is essential. Each rep gets a personalized view, displaying their forecast, won deals, slipped deals, and more, without feeling overwhelming. What do you dislike about Clari?

One thing I dislike about Clari is that some features require manual customization to be truly effective for our team. Out of the box, it can feel a bit rigid, and without optimization, reps may not fully adopt or engage with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before Clari, our reps relied heavily on Excel sheets for forecasting, which wasn’t an efficient use of their time or Clari’s capabilities. We wanted to maximize the value of Clari without adding complexity for the reps. The one-to-one dashboard has been a game-changer. It consolidates conversion rates, pipeline analysis, and key metrics in one place, making weekly one-on-ones with managers more productive. This has also improved rep engagement and alignment, ensuring everyone speaks the same data-driven language. What do you like best about Clari?

I like how simple and easy Clari is to use when I'm updating next steps on pricing, stage and time stamps when looking at my significant deals. Its also easy to forecast my month, quarter and annual number with my director when we are looking at reports and pipeline. The best part is able to sift through SF lightning fairly easily and the updates are immediate in changes. Im in there 90% of the time when im looking at my deals at a quick glance now and cuts out alot of noise that is not necessary to see! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clari?

I dont like that i cant update certain metrics unless i have changed it in the salesforce lightning opportunity first.... other than that everything is pretty straightforward to use and navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clari?

I like I can send off hundreds of emails in bulk the same day. Additionally Groove support is efficient at answering questions and resolving my issues. Very reliable team y'all have over there.

i use it frequently for my work as a BDM.

What do you dislike about Clari?

My frustration is with the UI. It feels very clonky and a lot of times for me groove is frequently saying an issue has occured with that little issue pop up when I'm about my normal business and then I have to stop using groove and do something else until the engineering team resolves it.

And parts of the UI seem counterintuitive and difficult.

Heres to name a few to start:

- SO many times I've started creating a flow and I accidentally x out of the screen and lose what I created. Wish the flow would save automactically as I'm building it out step by step.

- It's really easy to lose track of contacts who bounce on a flow and it gets complicated really quick between removed, bounced, exited, completed, etc. to keep things straight.

- I understand the purpose of global standards but would like to make a few exceptions to a few flows ex. we have a global standard to kick people out of a flow when they respond but when im sending out a monthly newsletter to my clients and prospects (regardless if they resond or not) i'm not able to do that very easily carrying the same audience across a multi-step flow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clari?

I really appreciate the simplicity of Clari. The tool is built in a way that makes it easy for everyone to use and understand. The new forecasting methodology has been well received by our teams, and the functionality is solid. Everything rolls up correctly, which is crucial for our weekly calls with the lines of business teams in the U.S. The visibility it provides, especially with the upsell tab, is also a big plus.

Before Clari, we had issues with our pipeline not rolling up correctly, especially in the UK. This caused a lot of headaches and made it difficult to trust the data. This has made our forecasting calls more efficient and has given our team confidence in the data they're seeing. Additionally, the ability to hide tabs until we're ready to use them has been helpful as we roll out new processes. What do you like best about Clari?

I like how Clari integrates with Salesforce and makes it easy to update and manage my deals. The opportunity grid is particularly useful because it puts all the key information I need right in front of me. I can update fields like close dates and next steps directly in Clari, and it syncs back to Salesforce, which saves me a lot of time. What do you dislike about Clari?

Not so much a downside, but rather a natural evolution of professionalism and etiquette; my company's old AI notetaking tool did not ask permission before automatically joining, but Clari does. This is technically a better way to handle things, but moving at a fast sales-cylce pace myself, it has resulted in a few less recordings on avg due to customers declining the recording -- a potential feature rather than a bug. Before using Clari, managing my pipeline and keeping track of next steps was more cumbersome. I had to open multiple tabs in Salesforce and manually sort through my opportunities to prioritize my tasks. With Clari, I can see everything in one place and update it easily. The insights panel is also helpful for reviewing past activities and ensuring I have all the information I need to move deals forward. What do you like best about Clari?

Clari is a one stop shop for forecasting and analytics, which for someone who is on an operations team that is helpful. I can be in one app to check the forecast and see how it affected pipeline, I spend a lot of time in clari and utilize it effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes when new updates roll out the platform can be clunky for a period of time, but it is often resolved quickly. What do you like best about Clari?

Clari's deal summaries feature is really useful. It smartly summarizes everything that happened with an opportunity, which helps us keep track of all the activities without having to click into each one. This makes it easier to stay updated on deals. Also, the ability to see the CRM score and activity level for each deal in a simple grid is helpful. It shows where we are putting our efforts and which deals need more attention. The integration with Salesforce is seamless, and the insights panel is a great addition for quick deal overviews. It was hard to ensure everyone was on the same page, and there was a lot of manual work involved in keeping our data up to date. The deal summaries feature has been particularly beneficial in giving us a quick overview of each deal's status without having to dig through multiple records. This has saved us a lot of time and made our forecasting more accurate. What do you like best about Clari?

One of the things I appreciate most about Clari is the ability to manage and organize our flows effectively. The collections feature, which allows us to group flows into categories like outbound or inbound, has been particularly useful. It helps us keep track of key metrics such as open rates and completion rates at a high level. This makes it easier to follow up on low engagement flows and decide whether they need revision or if they should be retired. What do you dislike about Clari?

Their support process is lacking v their tool performance- which has been dissapointing in the past - but getting better. They went from support ticket creation via email to a portal. This means extra clicks to report and get help + can't CC in folks to be in the loop. I know they are maturing this, but it was a thorn for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before using Clari, managing our flows was a bit of a nightmare. We had issues with seeing every single flow in our board by default, which made it difficult to find what was relevant. This was especially problematic for our team members who only needed access to specific flows. The collections feature has helped us solve this by allowing us to organize flows better and focus on what's important. Additionally, the ability to update and manage flows more efficiently has saved us a lot of time. For example, we had a situation where we needed to reassign contacts within a flow, and Clari's tools made this process much smoother.
