The team at Chatmeter is very friendly and easy to work with. The onboarding process was quick. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the AI technology is very helpful. We like thier reporting, task management, and surveys function as additions to typical reputation and listings management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
New openings haven't been the smoothest in regard to creating listings in a timely manner. Chatmeter team was supposed to be able to create listings for us quickly prior to an opening, but we have found it more reliable to do ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only "downside" is amount of data and insights they offer. Not necessarily a knock on Chatmeter but rather how to get other internal stakeholders to realize they offer WAY more than just general listing and reveiw services. Chatmeter has the best support I could ask for. All success managers and troubleshooters I have worked with are all based in the US and respond within a business day, often within hours. Communication is top-notch so I always know what is going on with my listings. They are proactive in our regular meetings to ensure that hours are updated across the platforms for holidays, update on anything ongoing, and offers suggestions as needed. Love that I can see all my sites in one massive dashboard and the details on them. I can also set up groups for sites and assign them to people to manage as needed or pull reports based on those groups. Very friendly and easy to use platform. Implementation was a breeze and they had someone on your side at every step and QRGs to reference. We are an enterprise level business with over 10000 employees over 50 listings. I have used it for 2 years and really have enjoyed the platform for reputation management and social. I think it works well and they integrate well with all our other softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For the social platform, I think theres some room for improvement but that may be because of the API restrictions on social channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to see if Chatmeter has the ability or permission to display other brands' data in comparison to our own. For example, if I pull up the overall review score for all locations on the dashboard, we would like to see the review scores of local competitors like Chick-Fil-A, Carl's Jr, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My workplace was already using chatmeter when I started, and as soon as I got logged in and started working in it, I was impressed. I know I only use a tiny fraction of the features, but they make my life so much easier. I love the AI feature the most for replying to reviews. I can simply have the AI write a response and then go in and tweak it if need be or just click the post button. I also love the way the saved replies work, so even if we aren't using AI for a particular review, I still have plenty of wording right at my fingertips ready to go. In my 5 years of using Chatmeter, the best feature to me has been the level of support I receive from their staff. I go into the dashboard at least once a day, if not more, and if there are any bugs on their end or issues on our end I never hesitate to reach out. My emails are promptly returned and my concerns are always addressed, even if it isn't something directly related to the Chatmeter dashboard itself (like when I have unrelated issues with Meta and look to my Chatmeter team for advice and support). One thing that I've noticed about Chatmeter after having been a user of their platform for both online listings and reputation management for the last 5 years is that updates to the capabilities in their dashboard seem to take a long time, like with reporting. I like that I'm able to work with representatives from Chatmeter on a regular basis. When I needed help with an issue in an emergency situation, I was able to receive assistance from a Support specialist in real-time. I have been working on gaining access to all of our corporate own listings on Yelp and linking them individually within Chatmeter. This has been an ongoing process and nothing about Chatmeter dissatisfies me regarding this other than it requiring an additional fee for them to have our Yelp listings added within our dashboard.
