What do you like best about Chatmeter?

I love being able to easily view, comment on, and update our various store locations. Chatmeter makes managing our store locations a breeze, and they constantly update us on new updates, movements in the industry, and more. I look forward to our monthly update call every time! What do you like best about Chatmeter?

Chatmeter has been a great partner. We're a scaling restaurant company with major growth goals over the next 3 to 5 years. There's not much to say about disliking Chatmeter. The team there and the support that they provide, they are top-notch! As with any technology platform, there are always opportunities to improve the platform and Chatmeter is always open to hearing how to level up their platform and make the user experience better. What do you like best about Chatmeter?

one of the best tools i have ued to manage multiple locations. the team answers all our questions, and continues to monitor our key marketplaces. Although we don't use all the services, we gain insight and customer feedback in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatmeter?

What do you like best about Chatmeter?

Your tools are pretty pricey, meaning it's an uphill battle for small marketing departments to acquire budget support for it. I would love it if Reputation specifically was cheaper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chatmeter?

It should be more dedicated to individual businesses. If I were to ask for something that would help automate the process of whatever I am doing, it shouldn't take multiple other people from other businesses to ask for it too, to get what I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ChatMeter has been a huge tool for responding to Google (and other) reviews, managing current/new/old store listings, marketing initiatives and so, so much more.
