It is hard to choose one thing I like best about Chatmeter. The platform allows me and my team to be our most productive with the multi-review response capability by giving us time back in our day, as we are not spending hours on end responding to individual responses. The other feature that is so impressive is their customer support. Our business listing specialist and customer success manager genuinely care about our business and go above and beyond when responding to feedback, issues, etc. Shout-out to Ali & Courtney! The only thing that I don't like is that the platform does not support all reviews. For example, any reviews on Yelp through Apple cannot be responded to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Chat Meter is a valuable tool for the business I work for. I like the number of resources I have to view how the website is doing and our SEO. Whenever I have questions, I am answered the next day at the latest. The individuals that help me are knowledgeable and give me thorough information in a way I can understand. Putting photos in individual spots rather than feeding them into all platforms is highly inconvenient when editing locations. It's always discouraging to see search analytics be down when new efforts have been made on our end to improve. It is also disheartening to see the LBV score not improve either. I also don't understand how our keywords have not improved at all after entering them into the system. I also do not know how we do not rank any higher after our many efforts so far. What is most helpful about Chatmeter is the dashboard. It makes it very easy to change hours and answer questions and reviews. The monthly meetings with our account manager keep us updated with the latest improvements and answer any questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Consolidating our reviews for rapid responding is incredibly helpful, as well as managing our listings. Google has proven to be a thorn in our sides when it comes to user changes to our hours, so being able to get ahead of those is invaluable to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since utilizing Chatmeter for our 55+ properties, I have been blown away by the customer service and continuous improvements they have made. I appreciate the connection with our reps. Courtney Olson has been on top of responses and solution seeks absolutly everything! When I am overwhelmed she and her team calm my nervers and solve the problems immediatly. I wish it would be better intigrated with some other platforms. Perhaps having it work with Apartment Ratings and Bing? But not the end of the world. Those are not as vital for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Chatmeter is the best service for Reputation Management. It helps me organize, receive, and reply in real-time to many reviews on different platforms, I can customize reports, and pull data using selected filters. Easy to learn, use, and navigate. 1 one thing I don't like about Chatmeter is not being able to bulk reply to Yelp reviews. Another reason is that Cahtmeter does not support Google Chat or FAcebook DMs tools to reply and record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automated review reports to executives in our company has been huge for us. We've been able to set up reports for the managers over certain stores, so they're able to address concerns and cheer their team on for good reviews and shoutouts!
