What do you dislike about Chatmeter?

It has taken a long time to understand what we need to do to maximize our listings and then even longer to make that happen. Not Chatmeter's fault fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chatmeter?

They provide a lot of one on one support to their customers. We have two dedicated team members we meet with monthly. They keep us up to date on industry trends and platform updates we should know about. We like that they offer so many features, but most often we just use reputation management and listings management to easily respond to reviews and update business info. What do you dislike about Chatmeter?

Their platform is expensive for what the tool does. We use a social media management tool that is effectively doing a similar task and it's a fraction of the cost. They do allow you to renegotiate pricing while you grow, but it still seems high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chatmeter?

The entire review dashboard is awesome! It's great to have the ability to filter to certain types of reviews and bulk-reply to tons at once with templates - it saves a ton of time. It's also nice to be able to look at themes and keywords across reviews to find trends! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatmeter?

There have been a few glitches! Such as a lack of ability to reply to certain types of reviews (despite our account being connected), seeing different data on some views of the dashboard than other places where it should be matching, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chatmeter?

The ability to monitor our business online reputation on GMB and Facebook. Also to be able to respond fast and easy as well that we can view our customers sentimental analysis. This is a must have tool for any business that wants to pay attention to what their customer has to say about their experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatmeter?

It is very pricy when you have many locations. Not able to post to other social media accounts like Pinterest, Instagram and respond to inbox messages. Hope this is a feature we can see in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chatmeter?

Their tools for businesses are effective, easy to understand and utilize. I'm also a big fan of their reps, who are always friendly and helpful. If I ever have any problems, I feel comfortable knowing I can contact them easily for a quick solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatmeter?

OCCASIONALLY - there are glitches with the software resulting in reviews not showing up on the list, or an infinite loading wheel. These are easily fixed with a simple page refresh and do not majorly detract from the product experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
