What do you like best about Chatmeter?

It’s very cool to be able to access all reviews, get insight on feedback, and compare how we are doing versus our competitors all in one place! Plus, since it is able to pull in all this data, you’re also able to ask questions and using that info, it can provide an answer to help generate insight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatmeter?

It can be tedious to set up, but the process is pretty straight forward and once the data is in, it’s in, so you don’t have to do it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chatmeter?

Chatmeter is such a simple and straight forward platform to use that makes it easy for trainings when we are teaching our team members hot to navigate through the site. I also love that when we do need assistance, we receive quick responses from our customer service team. When setting up new properties or new users, again, the process is so easy and simple. What do you like best about Chatmeter?

-Superb managed services and customer service

-Intuitive platform that is constantly evolving

-Open to our feedback and have evolved their platform because of it

-Inability to push reviews to some of our healthcare websites healthgrades, vitals, etc.

What do you like best about Chatmeter?

The team at Chatmeter is very friendly and easy to work with. The onboarding process was quick. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the AI technology is very helpful. We like thier reporting, task management, and surveys function as additions to typical reputation and listings management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatmeter?

New openings haven't been the smoothest in regard to creating listings in a timely manner. Chatmeter team was supposed to be able to create listings for us quickly prior to an opening, but we have found it more reliable to do ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Consistent hours and information across all providers - this was a huge issue before but with listings management, we now have consistency and one voice.

- We are able to use AI technology to assist with answering reviews quickly and efficiently

- We are able to use thier task management to assign tasks to operations team members if a specific level or type of review comes in

- We are able to ingest guest feedback and task out to the appropriate operations team member to ensure quick guest response

- We are able to use thier AI technology to get a general sense of our guest feedback

What do you like best about Chatmeter?

People and products that drive results. Their suite allows for both simple top-level exec analysis and the ability to deep dive into local/tactical objectives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only "downside" is amount of data and insights they offer. Not necessarily a knock on Chatmeter but rather how to get other internal stakeholders to realize they offer WAY more than just general listing and reveiw services. What do you like best about Chatmeter?

Chatmeter has the best support I could ask for. All success managers and troubleshooters I have worked with are all based in the US and respond within a business day, often within hours. Communication is top-notch so I always know what is going on with my listings. They are proactive in our regular meetings to ensure that hours are updated across the platforms for holidays, update on anything ongoing, and offers suggestions as needed. Love that I can see all my sites in one massive dashboard and the details on them. I can also set up groups for sites and assign them to people to manage as needed or pull reports based on those groups. Very friendly and easy to use platform. Implementation was a breeze and they had someone on your side at every step and QRGs to reference. We are an enterprise level business with over 10000 employees over 50 listings. Chatmeter was definately worth the investiment and a great partner for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Chatmeter helps us keep our listings updated across the major platforms our patients use. It is very important for us to be updated across platforms to ensure that patients have the right contact information for us and correct general information about a location they are going to. What do you like best about Chatmeter?

I have used it for 2 years and really have enjoyed the platform for reputation management and social. I think it works well and they integrate well with all our other softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For the social platform, I think theres some room for improvement but that may be because of the API restrictions on social channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
