
Chatmeter has seen many changes over the years and all in a forward motion. The tool makes it easy to manage reviews, UGC, sentiment, and so much more. What I like best is the team who powers the tool. To find a genuinely smart and passionate tool in the corporate space is difficult. The one downside to Chatmeter is their ability to deliver on social platforms and the integrations required to manage these partnerships in an ever growing landscape. While I attribute most of this to the social platforms being too diverse and niche to develop against, I also think prioritizing your road map to predict the trends instead of follow them is what makes a good business great. In the last few years there has been a small change in how Chatmeter approaches these topics and with some good results. While they proved to be too small and too slow for my business to use them, I believer with the right momentum and direction, they will get there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their customer service is great! Every rep we have had for our listings and the software have been great and very helpful at providing reporting, insights into the different listing platforms, ensuring information is accurate and feeding properly and so much more. This is the start of our 5th year working with them due to the continuous updates they're making to the platform in response to their customers, resulting in a great reputation, listing and social software. We manage 70+ different locations with many different listings in the platform and Chatmeter makes it so easy for us to be successful at responding to reviews, pushing accurate information, listing specials, etc. We researched a lot of companies before signing with them to ensure they would meet our needs and we haven't switched providers because they have continued to meet our goals. We have used two competitors before transitioning to Chatmeter. Although we received the standard listings and reputation management capabilities with those tools, Chatmeter was able to provide us with tools to manage our local SEO as well (which raises our reputation management to the next level). It allows us to monitor our online bran reputation and customer journey feedback in such an easy and effortless way. As a system manager for my company, setting up our locations, users, groups, instant and delayed emailed reports as well as surveys was such a breeze. It’s very cool to be able to access all reviews, get insight on feedback, and compare how we are doing versus our competitors all in one place! Chatmeter is such a simple and straight forward platform to use that makes it easy for trainings when we are teaching our team members hot to navigate through the site. I also love that when we do need assistance, we receive quick responses from our customer service team. When setting up new properties or new users, again, the process is so easy and simple.
