What do you like best about Chargeflow?

The best support team I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I’m usually a stressed entrepreneur, and to have 24/7 support especially after hours and on the weekends is just incredible. They’re very fast in responsiveness, thorough and have been able to handle every request even last minute ( a few hours before chargeback deadline ). What do you dislike about Chargeflow?

Sometimes the templates are generic and also I wish they can just extract the customer communication so I dont have to manually extract it as a pdf and download it because ill miss the deadline sometimes ( With scale its difficult to keep track of) so if the templates for other than fraudulent can be more tailored to the specific customer per their communication emails, I believe we will have a higher rate of winning chargebacks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chargeflow?

I love the performance in that it runs completely in the background. Once you turn it on, it just does the work for you, so you don’t have to think about it at all. Because it's fully integrated, it just works. I also like that the onboarding process given by the support team was very efficient. What do you like best about Chargeflow?

What I like most about Chargeflow is how they handle the actual responses to chargebacks. Everything they send out looks really clean and professional, and they include all the details and evidence without me having to worry about it.

I also like that I don’t really have to do anything. It just runs in the background and takes care of it, which makes things a lot easier on my end. It’s honestly just nice not having to deal with chargebacks anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chargeflow?

Honestly, there’s not much I dislike about Chargeflow. If I had to say something, it would just be that you don’t really get super hands-on control over each dispute since it’s mostly automated. But at the same time, that’s kind of the whole point and why it works so well.

The dashboard has helped us streamline our processes by making it easier to identify the reasons for chargebacks and address those points more precisely. Our weekly reports are now much easier to interpret because we no longer have to search through each transaction manually. What do you like best about Chargeflow?

Chargeflow works on a model where they take a percentage (25%) only on chargebacks they win. Other competitors charge a small percentage per transaction (and, I believe, a minimum monthly fee), which would really add up for a low-volume, low-chargeback business like ours.

What do you like best about Chargeflow?

The biggest thing for me is how hands-off it is. Once everything is connected, it basically runs on autopilot. I don’t have to sit there gathering evidence or going back and forth with banks anymore—it takes care of the entire chargeback process from start to finish. One of my biggest concerns is the pricing cut. Even though it’s “no win, no fee,” they can take around 20–25% of recovered chargebacks, and that adds up fast—especially if you handle a lot of volume. "Avoid! Unauthorized evidence submission, falsified information, lost an easily winnable dispute."
What do you like best about Chargeflow?

I cannot identify any reason to use or recommend this app. It was installed on my Stripe account without my knowledge and caused significant financial harm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chargeflow?

Chargeflow submitted dispute evidence on my behalf at 2:11 AM, 47 minutes after I received the dispute notification, giving me no opportunity to review or submit my own evidence. The evidence submitted was generic AI slop containing completely falsified information about my business — including a fictional shipping address in Springfield IL, a $10 shipping fee I never charged, and references to a shipping policy that doesn't exist. I run a consultation service and do not sell or ship products. As a direct result, I lost a dispute I would have won. The issuing bank's decision letter stated exactly what evidence was needed, which I had available but couldn't submit because Chargeflow had already closed the submission window. Chargeflow saves my risk team an enormous amount of time and improves or win rate with the highest quality information available in our ecosystem. I honestly don't have any significant dislikes about the Chargeflow product. It is relatively easy to deploy and quick to deploy.
