Chargeflow significantly simplified our chargeback operations. Before using it, managing disputes required a lot of manual effort and constant follow-up. Now most of the process is automated, cases are organized in one place, and we have much better visibility into outcomes. The platform saves time, improves efficiency, and helps recover revenue that might otherwise be written off.

**What do you dislike about Chargeflow?**

The only downside is that it can take some time to fully understand all of the available features and workflows. Additional onboarding materials and more detailed reporting would be helpful, but overall the benefits significantly outweigh the drawbacks.

What I like best about Chargeflow is how automated and hands-off the entire chargeback process is. What is most helpful is the ability to proactively know with confidence who is purchasing and where they score with being a habitual or serial returner. This feature alone makes Chargeflow an exceptional addition to our tech stack at écoute audio.

What I dislike about Chargeflow is that there aren’t even more features already released! There are zero downsides to using it.

The problems that Chargeflow solves for our business is proactively knowing who the bad actors are. Who we should ship to and who we need to verify their order. Furthermore, the ability to have a much better chance and outcome of winning baseless chargebacks where a customer never reaches out to the merchant in advance to try and solve any issue they may be having.

**What do you like best about Chargeflow?**

The best support team I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I’m usually a stressed entrepreneur, and to have 24/7 support especially after hours and on the weekends is just incredible. They’re very fast in responsiveness, thorough and have been able to handle every request even last minute ( a few hours before chargeback deadline ). So far they’ve won 3 out of 5 chargeback disputes and taken a huge load of my back. Super worth it.

**What do you dislike about Chargeflow?**

Sometimes the templates are generic and also I wish they can just extract the customer communication so I dont have to manually extract it as a pdf and download it because ill miss the deadline sometimes ( With scale its difficult to keep track of) so if the templates for other than fraudulent can be more tailored to the specific customer per their communication emails, I believe we will have a higher rate of winning chargebacks

The dashboard is great and to be able to see the deadline from the dashboard on each chargeback rather than having to go into the shopify order by order to try and figure out when they're due.

I love the performance in that it runs completely in the background. Once you turn it on, it just does the work for you, so you don’t have to think about it at all. Because it's fully integrated, it just works. I also like that the onboarding process given by the support team was very efficient. The best of it all is the ROI because it just avoids a lot of missed revenue and potential problems with the payment processing companies

There is no real downside of using Charge Flow, but I think the UI could be a little bit more intuitive to navigate

It solves the fact that we don't have to have an internal team reviewing these disputed charges and that we maximize the return on investments for all of the customers we've served. It also reduces the risk of the company going above the minimum level of disputes with payment processors.

What I like most about Chargeflow is how they handle the actual responses to chargebacks. Everything they send out looks really clean and professional, and they include all the details and evidence without me having to worry about it.

I also like that I don’t really have to do anything. It just runs in the background and takes care of it, which makes things a lot easier on my end. It’s honestly just nice not having to deal with chargebacks anymore.

Honestly, there’s not much I dislike about Chargeflow. If I had to say something, it would just be that you don’t really get super hands-on control over each dispute since it’s mostly automated. But at the same time, that’s kind of the whole point and why it works so well.

Other than that, it’s been pretty solid for me and has done what I needed it to do.

**What problems is Chargeflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chargeflow mainly solved the issue of dealing with fraud chargebacks for me. Before, I had to handle everything manually and it was honestly a mess and really stressful—I was spending a lot of time on it and still losing most of the cases. Now it’s pretty much handled for me, and I’ve actually been winning more disputes instead of just losing that money.

It’s helped a lot because I don’t have to stress over chargebacks anymore, and I’m able to recover revenue I would’ve lost before. It also saves me a ton of time, so I can focus on running the business instead of going back and forth with disputes.

The dashboard has helped us streamline our processes by making it easier to identify the reasons for chargebacks and address those points more precisely. Our weekly reports are now much easier to interpret because we no longer have to search through each transaction manually. On top of that, the alerts and the automation of these processes have helped our operations team, easing an already convoluted workflow.

The prevention system conflicts with our own in a few areas. While it was fairly easy to work around thanks to the amazing customer support in this situation, it was still a bit complicated to handle and to fully integrate into our system.

The biggest thing for me is how hands-off it is. Once everything is connected, it basically runs on autopilot. I don’t have to sit there gathering evidence or going back and forth with banks anymore—it takes care of the entire chargeback process from start to finish. That alone saves me a ton of time, especially when I’m already busy running the business.

One of my biggest concerns is the pricing cut. Even though it’s “no win, no fee,” they can take around 20–25% of recovered chargebacks, and that adds up fast—especially if you handle a lot of volume. Some users also feel this percentage is on the higher end compared to competitors.

The main problem is that handling chargebacks manually is a mess. You have to gather receipts, shipping proof, customer messages, and submit everything correctly before a deadline. Chargeflow works on a model where they take a percentage (25%) only on chargebacks they win. Other competitors charge a small percentage per transaction (and, I believe, a minimum monthly fee), which would really add up for a low-volume, low-chargeback business like ours.

The interface is simple and clear and their support team is also really great

**What do you dislike about Chargeflow?**

No issues so far - though we haven't actually had a chargeback yet.

We sell high-ticket items, so even winning back 75% of a large chargeback would still be worth it for us.

The new Prevent feature for screening customers before order fulfillment looks interesting as well. We already use NoFraud for the usual metric-based screening, but Prevent claims to look at shoppers’ habits to gauge reliability.

I cannot identify any reason to use or recommend this app. It was installed on my Stripe account without my knowledge and caused significant financial harm.

**What do you dislike about Chargeflow?**

Chargeflow submitted dispute evidence on my behalf at 2:11 AM, 47 minutes after I received the dispute notification, giving me no opportunity to review or submit my own evidence. The evidence submitted was generic AI slop containing completely falsified information about my business — including a fictional shipping address in Springfield IL, a $10 shipping fee I never charged, and references to a shipping policy that doesn't exist. I run a consultation service and do not sell or ship products. As a direct result, I lost a dispute I would have won. The issuing bank's decision letter stated exactly what evidence was needed, which I had available but couldn't submit because Chargeflow had already closed the submission window.

Chargeflow did not solve any problems for my business — it created them. The app was installed on my Stripe account without my knowledge and submitted unauthorized, falsified dispute evidence on my behalf, directly causing me to lose a dispute I would have won. It has cost me $680 in losses.

Chargeflow saves my risk team an enormous amount of time and improves or win rate with the highest quality information available in our ecosystem. The UI is easy to understand and we have integrated it with SEON - which is an excellent seamless integration.

I honestly don't have any significant dislikes about the Chargeflow product. It is relatively easy to deploy and quick to deploy. It does not takes multiple weeks as long as you are ready to begin using it.  Pricing is competitive and we are finding it to be of substantial value.

Chargeflow is automating our entire chargeback flow - and the biggest single benefit in terms of time is gathering all of the relevant evidence in an automated fashion... which means we get the right information to present and it was automated - so we have a high win rate and confidence we are providing the right information.

**What do you like best about Chargeflow?**

I find the speed of Chargeflow really helpful. Previously, we often had problems resolving chargebacks and submitting our comments because we lacked the time due to staff shortages. Chargeflow has enabled us to get everything done on time. Furthermore, we can recover a significant portion of our finances that we would normally have lost. The initial setup was also easier than we thought. It was quite simple and practically took care of itself.

The only thing that could be improved is the workflows, so that they can be more personalized.

Chargeflow handles the time-consuming and often ineffective chargeback rebuttal process in a way that is simple to manage and far more effective. The system was a breeze to integrate into our Woocommerce + PayPal store - just make sure you're using the very latest Chargeflow plugin version if integrating from Wordpress/Woocommerce.  The Chargeflow dashboard is super easy to understand and elegantly laid out.  Our particular store is not your run-of-the-mill e-commerce storefront; Many products are extremely hard to source and/or require extensive customization, so order fulfillment times can be long and some people just can't seem to wait without issuing a chargeback despite the fact that they had agreed to the terms, shipping policy, returns policy etc. prior to checkout.  This was a BIG concern for us: how would Chargeflow handle the specific way *our* orders are fulfilled in rebutting the chargebacks?  To our relief, the setup process provides a simple way to upload/refer to these terms & conditions and automatically integrates them into the chargeback rebuttal -- se we know that our rather unusual case is covered!! We also had specific extra requirements that required developers to get involved and the Chargeflow tech team was quick to help. We wanted to ensure that when a chargeback was issued the order status changed to "Chargeback" (a custom order status we created in Woocommerce).  This was achievable through the use of the API/webhooks provided by Chargeflow -- opening up the possibility of extensive customization of the way the service integrates into your specific workflow. And on a technical level, the use of the API/webhooks is highly secure -- using HMAC 256-bit hashed signatures -- so there are no worries about the cybersecurity vulnerabilities posed by most webhook implementations.  Finally, as for customer service, I have rarely received better.  The team is quick to respond with answers even if they need to get them from other teams with different expertise.  Kudos, Chargeflow team.  This is a great service!

There is only one minor issue I have and that is the need to update the developer documentation around webhooks. Chargeflow had changed the UI of their settings where webhooks are related, and the documentation did not reflect the change, making for some confusion which was clarified by the tech team in 24 hours.

Chargeflow solves the problem of rebutting chargebacks in a timely and effective way. This is often a very time-consuming process for us and has yielded limited success. Chargeflow is not only more effective but handles 95% of the process for us, saving us an enormous amount of time. Chargeflow is also adaptable to our particular business model, where order fulfillment times can be lengthy due to product customizations, and this has been a source of many premature "Not received" chargebacks -- despite our attempts to make it 100% clear to the customer that hard-to-source and highly customizable products take time to ship. Chargeflow takes this into account when crafting chargeback rebuttals, so we have peace of mind knowing these cases are properly handled.

I simply upload basic evidence like email transcripts and order delivery proof, and Chargeflow creates a detailed PDF that thoroughly documents everything, making it look almost like a legal document. This process has significantly improved our defense win rate. I also found the setup process very straightforward as it's integrated with Shopify, making it just a one-click setup. Additionally, despite a service issue, Chargeflow promptly refunded me, which shows their trustworthiness.

**What do you dislike about Chargeflow?**

I'm not satisfied with the Prevent service, which is still in beta. Chargeflow charged me $400 for this service in October, but they refunded me immediately, which was a pleasant surprise.

The success-based pricing is appealing because I only pay when results are delivered. One area that could be improved is making the value clearer for very small or early-stage stores, since the benefits are more obvious once you have some transaction volume. More guidance or benchmarks for newer merchants would help.

What I like most about Chargeflow is how hands-off it lets me be. Before using it, every dispute felt like a fire drill. Now, Chargeflow grabs all the order data, customer info and builds a really solid response without me doing the digging.

**What do you dislike about Chargeflow?**

Honestly, I can’t think of anything I really dislike about Chargeflow. It does exactly what I need it to do, and it takes a huge burden off my plate.

**What problems is Chargeflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chargeflow is mainly solving the problem of unfair chargebacks, especially the ones where the customer clearly used the product but still tried to get their money back. Before, I would lose those cases all the time because I didn’t have the time to put together detailed responses.
