- Unclear sales cycle and practices

- Tried to charge us resolved disputes while on a free trial

What problems is Chargeflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our core use case was trying to deflect fraud and fake product not received disputes. Chargeflow has proven to be able to reduce the dispute rate by effectively countering our chargebacks with a holistic set of evidence. The core value proposition is delivered. Moreover; our CSM team appreciates the dispute analytics tools.
