What do you like best about Chameleon?

The customer support is non-existent. You have to sign up for a free trial with a credit card, when I cancelled the account after a week and a half my account went to "Cancellation Started" status but I was still charged 2 days later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Chameleon offers a great way for us to onboard users to our SAAS tool which while there are others in the market, they really are out of the price point for a startup to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chameleon?

No need of intensive coding and testing is required to use chameleon, instead using tooltips and embedding them in your products old way. Like the way chameleon works without need of intensive coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Certain type of media I was looking to embed in my guidance was not supported. it was a raw video file and big in size so probably that's the reason, but nevertheless I had to compress it to make it work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
