I like how easy it is to build and launch with Chameleon. Using Chameleon to collect feedback is very straightforward, and setting it up was easy. It's good to see results that help improve our product based on the answers we receive. The initial setup was very easy, with good documentation, and just a few lines of code needed. The part of how much we can customize the interface that it showed for the user. We're not seeing many options and the design doesn't look the same experience that we have on our app. So this is something that they can definitely improve. And, also, they can add a little bit more customization on the questions that we can make, how we can connect questions and make them triggered by other questions.
