Hi, Takayuki! Thank you for sharing your feedback! We pride ourselves on the intuitiveness and ease of use of your platform and are so happy that you feel the same way. You actually can have more granular times for scheduling PTO other than just full or half days. Built for Teams can also schedule all the way down to one-minute intervals. Restriction on this may be set on the PTO policy itself by your Company Admin in Built for Teams.
