"Great features for free"

What do you like best about Buffer?

The interface, mobile app and Chrome extension are fantastic. The Chrome extension and scheduled posting queue are fantastic and super helpful - easy to use. The Chrome extension is such a huge help. What do you dislike about Buffer?

Pinterest only being available w/ a paid account - the mobile app can be a little spotty at times. More analytics (similar to Sprout). The mobile app has accidentally posted at times and other times not posted whatsoever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Social media scheduling - making posting as easy as Pinterest. The queue and schedule are awesome to just throwing future content in line to be posted so it doesn't get forgotten. I think that's helped us the most. At times, we have a major product line or campaign launching and smaller things like a Twitter or Facebook post can be forgotten about when dealing with larger, in-person launch events. "Cost Effective way to promote to all Social Media Accounts"

What do you like best about Buffer?

Buffer is a very cost effective route if you're just starting out as a blogger, social media agent, or if you have a group that you want to keep interaction going constantly. You can sync your Facebook profile, Facebook pages, Facebook groups that you admin, Twitter profile, Pinterest profile, LinkedIn profile and Google plus profile to Buffer. What do you dislike about Buffer?

I've used a few different social media editorial calendars and though this one is easy to use, it does have a few things that it does lack. You can't upload multiple posts without using a separate app called Bulk Buffer using CSV file that does not always work. I've tried several times and it failed several times. Recommendations to others considering Buffer:

I used the editorial calendar without many problems over the span of 6 months. It did help and do a great job. Buffer seems to be doing a great job with keeping up with the times and making it's interface user friendly. If you're looking for something that doesn't hit the wallet too hard, you'll like Buffer. What do you like best about Buffer?

Buffer- the strong feats of this product is the ingenuity of the product design and the forward-thinking features of the product. The product is very streamlined to fit both new and experienced marketers etc. The product reflects the needs of the market, especially the rapid changing social media landscape and Internet 3.0. The price is also very fair for each tier, and the product is simple enough to use for individual needs or a company.

The customer service and platform support is a very high touch experience, and is a plus. The product is also fun, in having aspects like gif usage and image creation tools. At the same time, while it is a "fun" product it is useful in providing analytics and insights to help hack or optimize the social marketing experience. Buffer is a smart product! What do you dislike about Buffer?

Buffer has a similar feel to Salesforce CRM, and some aspects seemed forced in trying to replicate their platform. Buffer lacks the customer service components of Salesforce, but leads the user of their products in that direction with the way the analytics and monitoring tools are set up. I also dislike that the design in using the product can feel overwhelming with so many options, at times. This is a similar complaint to Salesforce, but I understand that both are smart products that are trying to appeal to users with varying levels of experience. "Buffer is a really easy to use social media account management app!"

What do you like best about Buffer?

I really love how Buffer allows you to schedule posts on social media, this allows me to setup posts like "Happy New Year" at 12 AM but still be asleep while buffer handles the posting! If you need a simple way to manage your social media accounts, make posting on each account easier, and schedule posts all for free (or paid if you want more features) then Buffer is the app to use! As a small business or individual you don't even need to pay for limited features and can manage your social media very easily without any hassle! What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

My business is a web hosting reseller. I post tweets here or there to let users know of promotional events and let Buffer handle posting. For me personally that means I only need to login to one place if I want to post about a event.

I also realized that during down times on my website, I can quickly convey messages out to my customers via Buffer on my social media and not worry about logging in and having to post the same thing in so many different websites.

When I only have to write it up and click once to get it on all the social networks, I can more readily focus on my other problems and try to get my website back up and running! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
