I love Buffer's suite of automated social media publication tools, specifically, I've integrated Buffer with my and my customers' WordPress websites and then Buffer recognizes when a new post, page, or product is published on the website and automatically pushes the associated Title, Featured Image and Excerpt to my and my company's LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram accounts at times recommended by Buffer as peak viewing times for each platform respectively. Buffer handles all of the social media post formatting, images included, as well as the shortened backlinking URLs. Buffer alerts me via email if a social media post failed to publish and enables a quick resolution of any issues and re-queing of the post. Additionally, I have the capability of resorting the posts thereby enabling unique content to be published between my corporate and personal social media accounts within a particular platform. Buffer handles all of the traditional social media platforms, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. However, it does not yet handle the newly emerged social media platforms such as Parler, Gettr, MeWe, etceter. As a media planner, Buffer is a fantastic tool for streamlining planning and creating visually appealing images and posts that increase interaction. They are unquestionably a pioneer in the area, and they frequently provide services that are not even provided by the social networks themselves. It is a handy source to plan ahead for social media content. I also really like that you can plan ahead with stories, however they do not post directly but give you a reminder instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Posts frequently fail and there is always some error coming up. I also get annoyed that you cannot post to more than one platform at once and have to redo each platform. I loved their freemium plan where I can try them without any time constraints with a single media account. Also, they got a pretty good automated scheduling feature for planning ahead for your monthly social media post calendar

They add masks on links in captions of posts that makes me annoying as it makes fo9llowers confused whether they are clicking on the right link or not.

The biggest issue with them is they dont provide bitly link shortner from their free plan. While posting content on Social media my work required Links and social media such as twitter restrict characters to post then it might had helped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
