Buffer has an extremely easy and straightforward user interface, so it's quick to connect accounts and begin posting and scheduling content in minutes.
The best part of Buffer is the analytics available. When you are running social media campaigns, measurement is a key to success, and Buffer's data is always a huge help in decision making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no complaints about Buffer, it works for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Both the free and paid versions of the tool are good. All-round nice set of features for scheduling, analyzing and collaborating on social media posts across a lot of different social media channels. The Google Chrome plugin is a nice feature too to make it easy to share from any webpage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its probably not the best tool to us if you want to have extremely engaged and ongoing conversations with users on different channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Buffer is an easy-to-use social media scheduling tool that is great for people who need to automate their social media content. Just set it and forget it! They offer a freemium version, so you can schedule up to 10 tweets without having to upgrade to a higher pricing tier. This is perfect for individuals who don't need to robust features of the tool or someone who is looking to test out the product before purchasing. They have a great team of support, too! Also, Pablo is a cool tool for social media image creation. And it's free! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you're looking to schedule more than 10 posts, you need to upgrade to a paid account. So for a larger business or brand, this may not be enough. In comparison to other platforms I've tried, Buffer isn't my favorite for business use. I recommend it more to individuals. Not enough analytics data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is inviting and easy to use and I have never had content not post like on some other SMM tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of anything at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the scheduling is glitchy when working across multiple time zones Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can schedule my social media posts well in advance. Plus, I love that I can look at analytics and re-post which ones are doing the best. I also enjoy the weekly report card to recap what was posted throughout the week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could create and schedule polls and questionnaires - like I can on Twitter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LOVE Buffer. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has to manage multiple social accounts. I've got all my posts scheduled up to two weeks out so I never miss a beat. I love being able to see my analytics all on one page and really learn how to tweak my social strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the library feature and they're getting rid of it. So that's a bummer.
You can post across multiple platforms but facebook requires it's own input - I just copy and paste it into the FB box, but it's a bit annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the best on buffer you can schedule all posts in advance to multiple different sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike the most about buffer is that when you try to post to different sites at the same time it sometimes won't allow it because of the amount of pictures you have. If you can only post one picture to a site, like Instgram, I wish it would just use the first picture in the post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Buffer allows you to create a consistent schedule to keep your social feeds full! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Buffer is perfect, nothing to dislike. You can use more accounts through Buffer than many other services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
