**What do you like best about Connect?**

I love using Connect for several reasons. The customer service is outstanding, always providing prompt support and making the setup process effortless by taking care of all the heavy lifting for me. This has given me peace of mind, knowing I have a reliable partner whenever there are issues with campaigns. I appreciate the more strategic options available on top of regular email deployments, and the pricing is very competitive. The detailed audience segmentation allows us to target effectively, resulting in successful renewals of contracts with our customers, which is crucial for us. The ability to pull and repurpose response data files enhances flexibility and further audience engagement, while frequent audience curation ensures our efforts remain relevant and fresh. Connect's seamless integration with Hubspot also works flawlessly, without any hiccups, making the overall experience smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Connect?**

I would make the status of the email deployments easier to see, as I currently have to dig deeper to find it. Additionally, I'd improve the reporting dashboard for emails, which can be confusing at times, and add some fundamental metrics like open rates and clickthrough rates.

I love how Connect makes the setup process seamless, very easy, and intuitive. The convenience of having one location to track all marketing plans and build new campaigns is invaluable, simplifying my workflow and making life easier. The ability to get an overview of each campaign and drill into specific tactics like Social Media, Audio, and Video streamlines my analysis process and helps in determining necessary changes. Connect's layout is easy to follow and read, enhancing usability and efficiency. Furthermore, the reliability of the platform is commendable, with minimal errors, mostly human-related, underscoring the competence of the team working with us. These features collectively create a significant positive impact on my day-to-day work, and I would highly recommend Connect to others.

**What do you dislike about Connect?**

I dislike that when using two different tactics like geofencing and a target audience to run display ads, it's not always clear which line represents which tactic. I would like the naming convention on those tactics to be easier to distinguish.

It takes a long time to create an audience. I wish they would automatically create a professional report with data and analysis one or two weeks after deployment. I would like for the order management to be more intuitive.

It is easy to use in order to set up a campaign and has very good demographics to choose from for targeting.  Customer Support is excellent.  They are very good at responding in a timely manner and are most helpful.

**What do you dislike about Connect?**

The only thing I have had any difficulty with is sometimes uploading suppression files.

**What problems is Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives us a great vehicle to target potential customers for our clients through email and digital display/mobile marketing.  Particularly my credit union clients are able to target underbanked/underserved people in their areas.

The scale of data from which it can draw from is tremendous.  The system offers a wide range of both demographic and intent behavior.  Additionally I appreciate what brand selects are also in the system.

**What do you dislike about Connect?**

Its not as seamless or intuitive as some of the other systems I've worked on.  The logics can take some getting used to.

**What problems is Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently I would mostly in the direct mail channel so Connect allows me to determine if a particular audience is available and will translate into mailable data.

Bridge is my go-to for all digital ad campaigns—they always deliver. Their platform is super easy to use, their team is responsive and helpful, and their expertise really shows in the results. They make it easy to build a custom audience of real people, target them on the right channels based on my goals, and then track success by matching in-store leads back to the campaign. It’s a seamless process that actually works.

There are so many targeting options in the audience builder that it takes a little time to get familiar with, but my Bridge support team is always ready to jump on a call to assist or even build the audience for me, making the process seamless

**What problems is Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making the planing process easier with their automated planning tool, simplifying our ad tech stack by being able to launch campaigns to all channels through the platform, improving our return on ad spend with more accurate audience targeting, and better-measuring campaign success with their free match back tool.

The staff is incredibly helpful . But most importantly our results have exceeded what we were getting with other providers.

**What do you dislike about Connect?**

The reports. I really, really wish they were easier to share with clients and the math was done for us. My clients just want the basics--how many opened, how many clicked, etc. I just want that info on one page that I can download and put into a customized report with our branding.

What I like best about Bridge Connect is the ability to reach real, verified people — not just anonymous data points — which makes our email campaigns much more effective

Reports provide good insights, but I wish downloading them was more straightforward for sharing purposes.

**What do you like best about Connect?**

I run a small digital agency, and I never thought we’d get access to the kind of data and targeting Connect provides. It’s completely transformed how we run campaigns. We can pinpoint the right audience, make faster decisions, and show clear results to our clients. It’s helped us compete with much larger agencies without needing a huge team or budget.

**What do you dislike about Connect?**

Nothing that I can think of. When ever we run into a problem our assigned technical account manager is always quick to help us out and get our campaigns back on track.

Better audience targeting and access to more digital channels

**What do you like best about Connect?**

Before Bridge, I had no way of knowing if my ads were actually doing anything. We were just hoping they worked. Their matchback tool changed that completely. Now I can see how many cars we sold from our campaigns. It has literally connected the dots between our ads and our sales.

**What do you dislike about Connect?**

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. It’s been great!

**What problems is Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don’t have to sit around and wonder if the money spent on our clients' ad campaigns is doing anything anymore. Because of their first-party data and targeting, I can see direct results in the form of actual conversions that came from our campaigns. That kind of visibility and insight has totally changed how we run campaigns.

**What do you like best about Connect?**

Connect allows us to quickly view an overview of reporting across multiple tactics while also integrating a number of reporting dashboards for deeper insights. We use it for monthly reporting as well as pulling it up live during client reviews.

**What do you dislike about Connect?**

Not being able to easily pull a list of platforms that programmatic strategies deliver on has been frustrating for more savvy clients that want that level of detail.

**What problems is Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connect houses all of our reporting in one place, which makes it easier to pull multiple reports without needing logins to multiple platforms. That saves us time, which is important in a fast-moving industry like media advertising.
