What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye is user-friendly and has many features to help you get the most out of your reviews. The reporting tools are great, and the customer support is amazing—they’re always available to answer questions and can even create personalized reports if you need them. The response time from the Birdeye team is quick and they are always more than willing to hop onto a call for better assistance. Anytime we’ve had to integrate something new, they’re on it and make the process smooth. Between the ease of use on the platform and the quality customer service, our team highly recommends Birdeye! What do you dislike about Birdeye?

What do you like best about Birdeye?

The Birdeye team is hands down one of the best we’ve ever worked with! Their after-contract support and custom build were nothing short of incredible. They didn’t just meet expectations—they exceeded every goal and went above and beyond to ensure our complex system was flawlessly integrated.

Switching from another review platform was a huge decision, but Birdeye made it an absolute no-brainer. Their tech support and follow-through were next level—seriously, we have never experienced this level of dedication and responsiveness before. We’re so glad we made the switch!

Beyond their stellar service, the cost savings alone have been a massive win. Their automation system and ease of use have saved us countless hours, making managing reviews and customer interactions effortless. What do you like best about Birdeye?

It's simple to use, easy to navigate, and has everything you need with no clutter! Makes reputation management a breeze!

What do you like best about Birdeye?

User friendly layout and dashboard, and you can respond to reviews, check your NPS score, and review your client referrals all in one website. What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye has proven to be a great platform for our reviews. It is easy to use and seamlessly integrated with our support platform so that we can tag customers that we want to receive review emails. The support team is top notch, they follow up and even call you to update you on something you were waiting for. They are freindly and treat you with care like a friend.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

We love the features that allow us to request customer reviews, request feedback, and chat with clients over text and website chat. It's helped us be more reachable to our clients and communicate in a way that works best for their day. We use Birdeye for:

- Online chat replies in a unified inbox

- Replying to reviews in one platform

- Social Media management

- Local Listing Management

- Experience Management

- Online Reputation Management

-Checking the status of their order

- Making a change to their order

- Requesting a date change or cancellation of their order

I have shopped other platforms, and Birdeye is super user friendly; I'm able to add other employees who can easily pick up where I left off and join on the tasks. Customer support is 10/10. They are willing and able to quickly look into any issue we have. I am on Birdeye every single day - between my phone and the app, they make it easy to access any time of day.

Some features are easier to implement than others, easy to add our Facebook, Instagram, google. Harder for us to integrate POS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

We don't have a POS system or website that can easily link into Birdeye, so managing the data upload has been the biggest challenge for us and since the data can't be linked via API we are missing out on a lot of automation features that Birdeye has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

Our industry is very competitive. When potential clients are shopping our services, there are many companies to choose from. Positive reviews are what help us stand out above the competition. BirdEye has made it so easy to ask for reviews! Clients and customers can receive emails and text messages to remind them about submitting a review. What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye is so simple to use and I love that I can text clients from our computer and everyone on the team can see all incoming and outgoing messages in one place. Getting reviews is so easy, especially with their automated follow up!! Everyone who calls in that found us online raves about all our five star reviews! They can just put in their review at the click of a button rather than having to find our google page and find where to click to write a review- this makes more people willing to do so. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

EDIT** I have noticed that people do not undersand the different options. It currently says in the review request "Login with google, review with facebook, review with birdye. In my opinion it should say review without logging in or review as a guest or something to say that you're not making an account or linking it to your social media. No one really knows what Birdeye is.

Nothing! Every time I encounter an "issue" I can easily chat with a birdeye representative and they either help me through it or create an update just for me!

One improvement could be a manager role where I could narrow down texts to/from other people rather than just "assigned to me" or "all" so we know all our customers are being taken care of.

Automated texting like when we do not get a response to our last text saying hey, you still interested? or whatever we choose would be great also.

all in all, for what birdeye advertises they do, they do it well! I've been very pleased with the app and the online platform, and as I said before- their support team is AWESOME. Shout out to Praveen! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

I love the review generation tools. We run apartment communities and wanted to increase the amount of Google reviews and bring up our scores. We needed a system that would be easy to use. Reema has been wonderful to work with as well. She provides great support for questions or problems I had while learning how to use Birdeye. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I don't like having to resize photos for posts that I am sharing to Insta and FB. I wish it was automatic.

New note: I wish that I could create FB and INSTA posts on the Birdeye app. Sometimes I will just post directly because the images are on my phone and it's easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
