**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Birdeye has lots of amazing features that help to bring everything together in one place for your business. It's easy to use and easy to learn. I specifically love the ease of seeing all of our reviews and social media statistics for our clients all in one place. All of the new AI features are very helpful and make our day to day tasks much easier!

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

Birdeye can be a little glitchy at times, but the support team usually comes through and helps resolve it. I also wish that when I’m creating social media posts, it would automatically pull in any pictures or featured images from links I paste into the post builder, instead of making me upload them manually.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye helps us not only generate unique social media content, but also support our clients’ SEO through reputation and listing management. We can send review requests to recent clients and then respond to those reviews, all in one place, which keeps the whole process organized and easy to manage.

My only complaint is that their integration capability with custom apps is rather limited.

Their own website support bot is a fully functional AI assistant and what the client gets is nothing compared to that.

My main problem was having to log in to multiple different platforms to respond to reviews. When all your reviews and communication are in one spot, it saves you a ton of time.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I love the transparency around reviews, the easily adaptable tools that let me communicate directly with our customers, and the fact that I can create and send review requests. It also provides the data I need to better train and mentor my employees.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I don’t have the ability to easily remove reviews when they appear on the wrong office pages or when they’re clearly fraudulent. I also wish there were a smoother, more direct way to communicate with the right contacts so a review can be removed.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, the main problem that Birdeye solves for us is providing a direct-to-customer link for negative reviews. When a customer is upset, they’re less likely to answer the phone if we reach out to them directly. By utilizing Birdeye, we’re able to communicate with the customer in a way that feels like a third party, which helps us address and handle both negative and positive situations appropriately.

Birdeye has been easy to use and even easier to implement. We use Birdeye daily to manage reviews for all of our locations in one place which saves us several hours each week and ensures no customer review is missed. Their customer support is very helpful with the initial setup. They train your team on how to use the platform, and they follow up regularly with recommendations to improve your account and help you get the most out of your subscription. We also appreciate the number of features, especially automated reporting that keeps our team up to date, and the easy integrations that make multi-location review management much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The only downside is cost, especially when pricing is per location. That said, Birdeye does make it easy to choose only the products you actually need, so you’re not paying for a bunch of extras you won’t use. If you’re selective about features, you can tailor the subscription to what benefits your business most.

Birdeye has made review management so much easier for our multi-location business. Instead of jumping between multiple platforms, we can manage everything in one place, which saves us several hours every week. Ease of use, and simplicity of reviews consolidated to one place. It's a major time saver, and prevents me from having to navigate to a large number of sites to manage my reputation. It is super simple to navigate and keeps everything well organized!

I have not seen any downsides. So far it has been simple and intuitive. It's also incredibly quick and the AI functions beautifully.

Since using BirdEye the reviews have been rolling in . We are a new practice and having over 200 reviews with nearly all being 5 stars is amazing and helps to continue to grow our practice. I log in daily but in the event I forgot their is a reminder sent that a review is waiting for us. All in all it is an easy to use, useful tool to grow our reputation in the area.

At this time I don't see any downsides to using this program. It is easy to use and takes the guesswork out of how many reviews we actually have as well as making the reviews easy to answer with AI suggested responses that are editable so you can use theirs or what you would like to add. VERY simple program

Birdeye has made the ease of knowing when a new review has been posted and where to us. Prior we would answer client reviews but it would be delayed. With Birdeye we know in real time and are able to respond quickly. They also send review requests post visit so it takes the uncomfortable feeling of asking in person and reminds the clients later to write about their experience in the comfort of their home and when it is convenient for them.

We've noticed a HUGE uptick in our number of reviews since partnering with Birdeye! I LOVE how easy it is to see all of the reviews in one place, and the app is super easy to use and I get all the reviews immediately on my phone. It is so easy to respond to every review, and if I am not sure what to say, it does have a suggested response I could easily post if needed. If I get overwhelmed with answering them all personally, I can always turn on automatic responses.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

Every now and then, a review will receive an automatic response even though I have it set to manual response. Very rare but it does happen on occasion. Otherwise there's nothing not to like.

Getting more clients to respond to review requests - we've noticed a massive uptick in reviews since joining. Also makes it so easy to respond to them.

Birdeye is very user friendly. The team walks you through to make sure you know how to use it or have any questions, but even without that it's easy to navigate. It makes posting on social media easier, and we have noticed a difference in our reviews thanks to Birdeye. Our main rep, Ross, is very helpful and is quick to answer anytime we need help with anything.

As of now, there's not anything that I can say I really dislike.

They handle sending out surveys to our customers on a schedule that we set and that helps so we just have to manage it instead of having someone take the time to individually send them. They also auto-reply to google reviews. We know replying to reviews is essential to our success and we are able to have that while focus on other things because of the auto-replies Birdeye is able to set.

Birdeye gives Fischer Homes a centralized, easy-to-use platform to manage online reviews and customer feedback across multiple locations. It helps ensure our teams stay responsive and consistent in how we engage with homeowners and prospects. The most helpful aspect of Birdeye is the ability to monitor, respond to, and analyze reviews from multiple sites in one place. Automated review requests help increase review volume, while reporting and sentiment insights make it easier to identify trends, highlight wins, and address issues proactively across markets.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

One ongoing challenge—largely industry-wide for new construction—is getting new communities and locations accurately added and reflected on online maps and listing platforms. This can create delays or inconsistencies in visibility for newly opened Fischer Homes communities. I’ve previously submitted a proposal to Birdeye around improving support for this process, but it did not move forward.

The reports surrounding reviews are great for pulling data as needed or historically. It is easy to create reports and to create social media posts

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I dislike that you can’t always respond to a direct message. Often, the reply field is greyed out with a message that says “user is not currently active on messanger.” It was explained to me that the person may have closed out of the app, meaning it isn’t running in the background. This makes it hard to respond promptly and leaves the queue full of messages that still need a response, so I have to keep circling back to check whether I can finally reply. Also, in message threads, we can always see our auto-reply, but we can’t always see the customer’s initial message.

I like being able to view reviews across all locations, and then narrow the reports down to a specific location and date range. It’s also helpful that I can pull historical data from before we added a location to our collection.

Being able to manage multiple locations is essential for me. That includes everything from third-party listings like Google and Yelp to social media accounts like Facebook and Instagram. Birdeye makes it manageable to run a marketing department as a party of one.

The inbox is a key feature for us. Managing inbound messages across multiple use cases—such as customer support as well as customer acquisition—can be challenging, especially when different teams use the inbox in different ways.

**Recommendations to others considering Birdeye:**

If you are looking for a product that can truly help you touch all aspects of your business's online reputation, Birdeye does just that. It's fully integrable and easy to manage using all the tools they offer.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

From our first interaction with Birdeye, our conversations were very thorough and the reps were extremely helpful and kind. The Birdeye interface is user-friendly and includes lots of interesting options, and it continually offers upgrades. Navigating through the interface is straightforward, for the most part. When I do have questions, our team is very responsive! Honestly no other vendor is as responsive as Birdeye is!

Each team at our 11 transmission shops has fully embraced the software, and we've seen our reviews increase by approximately 406%. Birdeye's leadership / customer service team is always very responsive, friendly, and happy to review/implement modifications I've recommended, if possible. The AI options are wonderful as it provides really cool options, and are extremely user-friendly! These AI options save lots of time! Would definitely recommend this software to anyone who needs help getting and managing reviews, as well as popular business listings!!

We send out text review requests daily!

Each of our 11 locations has its own requirements, and most already use software with overlapping features—so we don’t use every option offered. Birdeye continues to be on the cutting edge of adding new features. I've been honored to help 'test' a few features and provide them valuable feedback. If you don't have time to keep up with online Marketing, Birdeye fills that void by offering add-ons that make reporting and online marketing easier to manage!

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The AI review response suggestions could be improved by including keyword phrases to help with “Google Juice,” and by adding the city within the response. For example: “Our transmission shop in Memphis TN.”

The “Listings AI” is about 85% ineffective for our business. We are not an “auto repair shop,” and most of the suggestions aren’t relevant to what we do. That said, it did bring attention to places where an alternate URL was listed, and we were able to correct that, which was helpful.

The “reports” feature is confusing—especially the section that shows the number of email messages sent. For our company, that number always seems off. There are also too many columns, and the labels are very confusing. Renaming more of the columns in a more user-friendly way would help a lot. I often have to reach out to customer service because the column names are not truly indicative of what stat they’re providing (at least to me).

IF Yelp ever allowed Birdeye to include their reviews, without paying, it would be nice! We don’t get enough Yelp reviews to justify paying—and most Yelpers are complainers—so right now, we don’t want more Yelp reviews.

The Google Business Profile “Ask for Directions” stats really should not be displayed, because this stat is inaccurate. I can confirm this with my own business: no one has ever showed up at my door, yet Google reports that ~48 people ask for directions each month. That’s wildly inaccurate. Please remove this from your stats—it makes me question other stats when I see this and know that no one has ever knocked on my door.

The scheduling feature is a valuable addition, but we only use Facebook, and we already use the scheduling feature on the site. If we used more social media venues, it would be much more helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Birdeye:**

The training is well worth the time! Use the reports as they tell a great story, and give you ideas on how to improve or modify things.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Birdeye, our General Managers and front desk staff rarely made it a priority to ask for reviews, no matter how often we encouraged them. Since investing in this software, the owner now expects everyone to use it consistently. Collecting reviews regularly has not only strengthened our reputation, but has also helped us stay competitive—especially during slower times. We’re hopeful that the positive feedback we’ve built up will encourage new prospects to choose our business. In fact, one of our locations made it a priority to increase their reviews last year, and they had a great year, compared to the last 5 years! They now understand how great reviews help prospects make their final decision.

From the Admin area, I can monitor which of our 11 shops are sending out emails, but I still struggle to get them to consistently request customers’ email addresses. I think this would improve our chances of receiving more reviews. Even with my monthly reminders, only two shops reliably ask for email addresses. The others say customers worry about getting too many emails, even though I explain that Birdeye only sends a single reminder if a review hasn’t been left. I keep wondering whether adding some “helper text” in the email reminder—reassuring customers they’ll only receive one email—might make a difference. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone tried using helper text for this purpose, or has it been considered?

I like the 'reports' feature so I can compare the 11 shops and share the reports monthly with the team.

Our leadership and customer service team at Birdeye always share great tips and recommendations whenever I reach out. They’re fantastic—very responsive and genuinely helpful. If I ask, they’ll send follow-up emails with screenshots and they always offer to set up a call if I need more clarification.

The AI responses are outstanding. I use them and tweak them as needed, but when I’m dealing with “brain fog,” they’re especially helpful and give me a variety of options, which I really appreciate. I love having choices for responses that can be professional, more detailed, comical, and so on.

Less time spent in identifying where the greatest count of negative reviews are coming from, therefore more time is spent addressing the issues rather than combing through many locations.  
Auto response to our positive reviews is great and saving valuable time needed for resolving issues listed in negative reviews.  
Birdeye is making available all of our reviews in one location which alerts us to when the same customer post across multiple platforms.  This is vital information when prioritizing workflow for the day.

The functionality is great because it can execute things without me needing to trigger it every day. Once everything is set up and connected with social media and integrations, Birdeye works consistently without needing daily attention.

My only beef with them is their texting functionality. They don't allow you to schedule texting campaigns any more than a few hours in advance. You're not able to set it to text multiple days or weeks into the future. You have to go in based and do it on a daily basis.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Birdeye is fairly easy to use and navigate once you’re in the platform and comfortable with all the tools. It offers so many different features, which is a big plus because we don’t need multiple software for different tasks - they’re all available on one website.

One of my favorite features Birdeye offers is review management. It’s really convenient to have auto-replies set up for our Google reviews, so I don’t have to constantly monitor them after hours, on weekends, or on my days off. I also like that if we receive a negative review that doesn’t trigger an auto-reply, Birdeye provides reply suggestions tailored to that specific review. That gives me a solid starting point to craft my own response. Customer support is also very helpful, and they're easy to reach when I have questions or need assistance.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

One of my main pain points with Birdeye is connecting our Instagram account. Our Facebook and Instagram accounts aren’t linked (which is a separate issue outside of Birdeye’s control), so I haven’t been able to integrate Instagram because Birdeye requires an Instagram login through Facebook. I wish there were an option to sign in to Instagram separately, without going through Facebook, so I could manage all of our social media accounts within one piece of software. I realize this is a fairly unique situation, so while it’s a real frustration for me, it’s probably not a problem for most other users.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problems Birdeye solves for me is review management. It’s especially convenient to have auto-reply rules in place, so reviews still receive timely responses, whether it’s after work hours, on weekends, or during personal time off. Birdeye also notifies me whenever we receive a new review, so if a negative review comes in and needs immediate attention while I’m out of the office, I can see it right away and contact the appropriate personnel to reach out to the member and work toward resolving the situation. This helps us maintain our online reputation. On top of that, I sometimes hit a creative block with social media, and I’m not sure what to post or how to word it, so I’ll refer to the AI post suggestions to spark new ideas.

The AI is great, and I really like that you can train it. In other words, it isn’t just “proprietary”; it can be customized to my business’s needs. I also like how it organizes contacts in a way that surfaces user-specific insights, making it easier to group audiences. The Summary AI is also powerful, as it allows me to analyze reviews in mass to identify themes.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

Sometimes it feels like I have to click too many times to get to the right level in the hierarchy. For example, I’ll click into a location, but it only updates one aspect instead of updating everything. That can make it confusing to understand where I am in the navigation. The filters also seem to refresh and need to be reapplied frequently, when they should carry over unless I remove them. They’re small things overall, though. Birdeye is solid.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I appreciate how Birdeye effectively organizes our Google reviews. This organizational feature is crucial for us, as it allows our company to efficiently manage and respond to customer feedback, streamlining our communications and helping us address customer concerns promptly. The integration with Google Chrome enhances our workflow, making the process seamless. Additionally, the setup process was relatively straightforward, rating an 8 out of 10 in ease, which means that even initial use doesn't pose obstacles. Overall, Birdeye's features and performance are reliable and valuable enough that I would highly recommend it, easily giving it a 10 out of 10 in terms of likelihood to recommend it to a friend or colleague.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

The social media module is my favourite feature, allowing us to post to multiple accounts with ease. I also like the ability to be able to aggregate our Google review scores for monthly monitoring. In addition being able to view the net follower gain in a single screen is a real time saver to me.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

When on the business info tab, often when clicking back the page doesn't fully load on my browser.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye is helping us send more reviews than ever before and allowing us to conduct local marketing for our Signs Express centres, meaning they can focus on their business.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

It gathers and notifies me of all reviews across multiple platforms so I do not have to monitor them myself. It helps me reply and offers AI options as well. I love that I have flexibility in my notification options as well - I never miss a review now!

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I think there is a slight delay (maybe 24 hours) notification on when a reply is posted versus when we are notified. If there were a way to have it be closer to real time it would give us a chance to get ahead of negative reviews quicker.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management in covering social media and online reviews!
Gives a great overall reporting of scores without having to check multiple sites. 
Offers AI options for responses.
Ease in ability to go back and look at reviews.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Birdeye has really made a difference for our business. Its easy to use  and our team was able to get the hang of it quickly without a lot of training. Setting it up was very easy and their support team is always available to answer our questions and guide us through the process. We use it every day mainly for managing reviews and messaging customers and its full of features that actually make our jobs easier. It also works smoothly with our existing systems, so everything works together without any headaches. Overall it’s been a great tool for staying connected with our customers.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

One thing I wish were easier is the ability to reply to reviews on every site. It would be so much more convenient if platforms like the Better Business Bureau, Trustpilot, and Best Company could be linked, so we wouldn’t have to go directly to each site to respond. We are able to see the reviews on Birdeye but have to reply directly on their original site as opposed to google which is linked.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye makes it easy for us to gather and manage customer reviews all in one place. Instead of checking multiple sites for feedback  we can see everything quickly which saves us time and helps make sure no customer comment or review gets forgotten. Using Birdeye has made handling our online reputation much easier it has allowed us to respond faster and helped us build stronger relationships with our customers.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Birdeye is very user-friendly and offers convenient filtering options, making it easy to find exactly what you need without hassle. I find it extremely helpful to be able to view, track, monitor, update, respond to, and manage reviews from all platforms and locations, all on a single page. I use Birdeye daily. It is easy to integrate a new business profile and link it to my Birdeye profile. I would also like to mention that the customer support team, the IT team, and the reps at Birdeye are nothing short of spectacular.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I wish there were more customizable features available for easier access and improved layout options. It would also be helpful to have additional ways to organize tickets and reviews beyond just creating tags—perhaps with pre-made or automated tags, as well as color-coordinated features. Additionally, I would appreciate a feature that lets me send email reminders to specific employees who forget to leave notes on tickets, so they are reminded about the urgency of our ticket follow-ups.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have only had minor technical problems, and they have been resolved promptly. I have no outstanding issues.
