What do you like best about Birdeye?

The best part about BirdEye is the ease of use, it's is amazing! Very easy to navigate plus the support I receive from BirdEye is always top notch. Pretty fast and efficient. And I really enjoy working with my account manager, if there is ever an issue he's on top of it! And I do appreciate that he brings ideas to me, or alerts me when there are new products. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I would like to see a report based on the reviews that are solicited from us or coming directly from Google and other review sources. Aside from that, everything is good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Birdeye?

I enjoy using the BirdEye site and app because it makes it really easy to stay on top of our social and review presence. This has allowed us to have better oversight of our reputation across many platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's not much to dislike. The ease of use is very good. I do wish there was an area to sort by regional manager, but I can easily download reports and sort them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not have to go to a ton of websites to track my reviews and feedback. Having the ease of one site really saves me time. We've had a better turnout of reviews using BirdEye's survey features. What do you like best about Birdeye?

I use Birdeye as a social media and content manager. The platform is great for bulk scheduling content, reviewing reports, and responding to comments or messages from our followers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

The spacing can get a bit odd when pre-scheduling a social post. Also, the numbers from Birdeye compared to the numbers on Facebook do not match and I can't figure out why that is or which platform I should rely on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Birdeye makes bulk scheduling content very easy. It's nice to have a calendar view of your posts, that way if there are any gaps it's easy to see. I also enjoy the reports feature. It covers a lot of insights that I may not be able to see on the specific platform itself. Their new AI features are fun to explore. The AI generated responses are sometimes a little too stiff for my liking - but they are a good way to launch a response to our reviews, for sure. I end up editing them a bit - to make them more personal which I'm hoping clients enjoy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

With Birdeye, it's easy to navigate reviews across multiple locations. AI tools help keep replies fresh and quick to execute. The automated reporting functions and insights make it easy to keep our teams in the know, across many different departments and levels. The listings tool helps us to manage store hours updates, and stay connected across many platforms. For a brand with 75 locations, we only have a couple people logged into the tool for daily or as needed use; but many employees receive scheduled reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

Like all softwares, Birdeye can have its faults. Sometimes listings updates don't stick, and Facebook and Google tend to be disconnected frequently (although unsure if this is more of a Meta Business / GMB problem). What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye is user-friendly and navigating through the interface is straightforward. Training team members took less than 2 minutes, and using it only takes about 10 seconds. Our team has fully embraced the software, and we've seen our reviews increase by approximately 75%. Our leadership team is always very responsive, friendly, and happy to review/implement modifications I've recommended. The AI option is wonderful, provides really cool options and is extremely user-friendly! The Reports section provides great stats for our entire time to review and make changes where needed, based on customer opinions. Would definitely recommend this software to anyone who needs help getting and managing reviews, as well as popular business listings!!

There are many feature available that we don't use only because each shop already has this feature on other software they're using and have used for a long time. We use the software daily! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

The AI review response suggestions can be improved by adding in keyword phrases to assist with 'Google Juice', and adding the city within the response.

IF Yelp ever allowed Birdeye to include their reviews it would be nice!

The Google Business Profile "Asked for Directions" stats should truly not be displayed this stat is inaccurate. I can confirm this with my own business. No one has ever showed up at my door, yet ~48 people ask for directions each month, per Google. Wildly inaccurate! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our General Managers and front desk staff seldom took time to ask for reviews before, but now that we're investing in this software, the owner is requiring them to use it. Consistently getting reviews helps us prepare for times when we're not as busy. And hopefully the number of great reviews we have now steer prospects into giving us a chance.

From the Admin area, I can see which of our 11 shops are sending out emails, and I can't seem to get them to also ask for the email address because this would hopefully increase our chance of getting a review. I remind them every month, but only 2 shops ask for email addresses. They say customers don't want constant emails from us although they tell them we won't send them an email except for one time as a reminder if they didn't leave a review for us. I wonder if any 'helper text' in the email reminder telling them we won't email them but once would help. Any help would be appreciated.

The team always has great tips and recommendations any time I reach out. They did offer to send the text requests out for us, but they would have to put name/email on a spreadsheet and that would take longer.

The AI reponses are THE BOMB! I use them but modify as needed, but when have 'brain fog' the responses are fantastic, and provide options, which is also wonderful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye does a great job of making sure our online presence is consistent across the web, and they also offer a robust SMS messaging system that allows our team to collaborate to get our customers' questions answered quickly every day. The ability to manage our social media presence from the platform is icing on the cake.
