The best part about BirdEye is the ease of use, it's is amazing! Very easy to navigate plus the support I receive from BirdEye is always top notch. Pretty fast and efficient. And I really enjoy working with my account manager, if there is ever an issue he's on top of it! And I do appreciate that he brings ideas to me, or alerts me when there are new products. The AI generated responses are sometimes a little too stiff for my liking - but they are a good way to launch a response to our reviews, for sure. I end up editing them a bit - to make them more personal which I'm hoping clients enjoy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don’t love that Yelp doesn’t play well in the sandbox, but Birdeye makes it as easy as possible to work around those restrictions. They’ve found ways to help us stay on top of Yelp reviews, even with the limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Birdeye, it's easy to navigate reviews across multiple locations. AI tools help keep replies fresh and quick to execute. The automated reporting functions and insights make it easy to keep our teams in the know, across many different departments and levels. The listings tool helps us to manage store hours updates, and stay connected across many platforms. For a brand with 75 locations, we only have a couple people logged into the tool for daily or as needed use; but many employees receive scheduled reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like all softwares, Birdeye can have its faults. Sometimes listings updates don't stick, and Facebook and Google tend to be disconnected frequently (although unsure if this is more of a Meta Business / GMB problem). Birdeye is user-friendly and navigating through the interface is straightforward. Training team members took less than 2 minutes, and using it only takes about 10 seconds. Our team has fully embraced the software, and we've seen our reviews increase by approximately 75%. Our leadership team is always very responsive, friendly, and happy to review/implement modifications I've recommended. The AI option is wonderful, provides really cool options and is extremely user-friendly! The Reports section provides great stats for our entire time to review and make changes where needed, based on customer opinions. Would definitely recommend this software to anyone who needs help getting and managing reviews, as well as popular business listings!!

The AI review response suggestions can be improved by adding in keyword phrases to assist with 'Google Juice', and adding the city within the response.
IF Yelp ever allowed Birdeye to include their reviews it would be nice!
The Google Business Profile "Asked for Directions" stats should truly not be displayed this stat is inaccurate. I can confirm this with my own business. No one has ever showed up at my door, yet ~48 people ask for directions each month, per Google. Wildly inaccurate! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Birdeye does a great job of making sure our online presence is consistent across the web, and they also offer a robust SMS messaging system that allows our team to collaborate to get our customers' questions answered quickly every day. The ability to manage our social media presence from the platform is icing on the cake.
