**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

We have been using Birdeye's services since July 2023 and our reputation management has been streamlined and really successful from our standpoint. All of our locations appreciate the ease with which we can stay on top of our reviews and assist customers as needed through the feedback we receive. We also love having the ability to send email blasts to our customers quickly and easily. The people we work with at Birdeye are very kind, efficient and knowledgeable -- we enjoy working with them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others!

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I really don't have many complaints—they are consistently responsive and helpful. My only issue is with their pricing, which tends to be fairly standard for everyone. Since our company has some locations that are smaller than others, we have to allocate our funds differently, and a more flexible pricing structure would be helpful.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We could not find an email platform that worked well for us until Birdeye found us! And we also needed assistance with responding to all of our reviews and getting our online ratings up.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I like the 'Text to pay' and 'Review' features in Birdeye because they make it easier to handle payments and gather reviews. I also appreciate the ability to send messages for appointment confirmations and reply to reviews, which enhances communication with patients. The initial setup of Birdeye was smooth.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I think the transaction charge on patient payment, they are complaining about charges and comparing with other mode of payment. Maybe they can reduce the fees.

I use Birdeye for patient communication, payment collection, and reviews. It streamlines these processes, improving efficiency and engagement.

Integrating with BirdEye was easy and effective. We also received exceptional customer service from the BirdEye team as we worked through the integration and got our account set up. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and in great detail, which made the entire process feel smooth, straightforward, and well supported.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

Sometimes the reviews don’t auto-respond because the system is overloaded. This has happened a few times at random.

Devon Self Storage has been able to supplement our secret shopper program with our automated survey campaigns. The campaigns are effective and provide exceptional detail in the day to day operations at a site level.

I look for softwares that makes my job more efficient and easier and Birdeye does exactly that.  It make it easy to manage multiple social media platforms along with my reviews.  It is designed well so it is easy to use and without too much fluff.  Top of it all, they have great customer service.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

Honestly not much.  I have used other platforms and I like this much better.  Only thing I wish, which really is not in Birdeye's control, is that Birdeye had more control over Google Reviews.

Managing multiple social media platforms and google reviews.

I filled out the form but couldn't submit and complete it. Also, this review process is a bit frustrating. Maybe they should get the technology to work better.

It’s an easy platform to get started with, and Reviews AI and Listings AI are saving us time.

So far this has been anything I have found that I dislike. There has been some suggestions we've had and we put in a ticket and they're working on those items.

It's saving us time and provides us with easy to digest reporting. We've been able to put our focus on other important projects and figure out focus areas for our different facilities.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

They offer excellent customer support and have helped accelerate many processes for large, multi-location businesses like mine. The platform includes a variety of features that benefit my entire organization, ranging from reputation management to listings management.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The Birdeye platform does have a bit of a learning curve. I also wish it offered the ability to create new listings, as currently, there is some manual work involved.

Birdeye is solving the problem of inconsistent and outdated business listings across multiple online directories. Managing listings manually is time-consuming and makes it easy for incorrect information—like hours, addresses, or phone numbers—to slip through.

By using Birdeye, I’m able to manage all of our business listings from one place and keep our information accurate and consistent everywhere it appears online. This improves our visibility in local search, reduces customer confusion, and helps ensure potential customers can easily find and contact us.

Overall, Birdeye saves me time, gives me confidence that our listings are always up to date, and directly supports better local discoverability and customer trust.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I've been using Birdeye as part our our company's reputation management team for about a year, and the ease of use and filtering abilities are certainly the best thing about it.  At the company we count on near-instant monitoring and updates to our locations (around 120 at the time of this writing) as we resolve issues described in the reviews, and Birdeye simply doesn't fail at that.  It's just that good.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

If there's anything that could use some tweaking on Birdeye, it's probably the integration to second- and third-tier online reporting sites.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through Birdeye, we have seen a dramatic decrease in our negative reviews and, conversely, a increase in our NPS score.  We are able to catch our customers' issues post-move through the NPS campaign and resolve before going out to any online forum.

How helpful the customer support is when I need help with something. I usually have to use the chat function to find what I'm looking for and if the AI Assistant can't help me, they connect me with a real person who always helps.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

Not a fan of the dashboard layout, it is hard to navigate. I think it's hard to find the list of businesses and then navigate the different menus (Social, Campaigns, etc) and then if I have it open in another browser, it gets very glitchy.

I like that with Birdeye, we instantly see the feedback, and if it's negative, it does not post, as it directs the patient to leave the nature of the experience and allows us to contact the patient before anything is posted. I also like how Birdeye is integrated with other platforms, especially Google, since it posts the patient reviews automatically to Google, which has dramatically increased our Google rating. The initial setup was very easy, with the help of our business partner, making it fast and without any complaints.

Nothing!

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Birdeye to automatically send patient surveys immediately after their visits. It enhances our response management by not posting negative feedback publicly, letting us address issues privately. Also, it integrates with Google, boosting our ratings by auto-posting reviews.

This software is amazing. I use Review AI and Listings, and they’ve both been really helpful. There are so many other great features I’d love to add, but the costs can add up. Customer service is awesome, and I really love my reps. Implementation was seamless, too.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The only thing that sucks is the cost—haha! If I could, I’d have everything.

Automated review replies are the biggest benefit for me. Being able to choose which reviews I’m notified about (like only the low ones) is huge, too. Also, the local SEO features.

How user friendly the platform is, and that the moblie app is relatively easy to use and navigate.

I wasn't involved with the integration of birdeye with service titan so i'm not sure if it was set up correctly originally or not. After a few weeks it seems to be working better!

not sure, i know it's great for a feedback platform and how its linked with our google account and its great for promptly alerting our staff about the reviews and messages we receive from clients!

It is very easy to navigate, great for training staff in a short amount of time. Customer service is always available to help make changes. Its also great to stay in contact with staff members

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

It does sometimes crash but its not an everyday thing.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicate with our patients even when we are away form the computer by using the app on our phones. Patients can write us after hours. Collecting payments from customers. Sending our review links. Being able to do a video call directly from Birdeye is a game changer!!

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

We like that it's a one stop shop for all of our reviews. Replying to a review is easy. We also like that there is automated review invitations and QR codes available.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The UI is clunky. When you log in, your dashboard doesn't bring you to the business pages. I often have to hunt around for things or put in a ticket to get questions answered. 

The limited Yardi integration we are using at this time seems to work fine, though.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all of our review information in one place under one log in.

With multiple locations it's super nice to keep area specific feedback in one location while also maintaining individuality amongst locations. Love that AI is also helping autopopulate responses that are more and more useful. I see the contstant improvements and love the teams communication.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The AI prompts still feel generic and are often repetitive. I also still can’t really use them to respond to customers, because they don’t sound “human” enough for our audience.

Birdeye saves me time by letting me respond quickly to a large number of reviews across several different pages.

I find Birdeye very easy to use. The one-click feature is particularly useful because it allows me to efficiently send both email and SMS to customers, making it simple to generate reviews. The user interface played a significant role in our switch to Birdeye from Go High Level, and setting it up was quite easy.

Just maybe the AI features, but it's an ongoing improvement.

It’s an extremely thorough, advanced platform. There are many upsides to using it, including the excellent support from the staff, the training videos, and the wide range of capabilities within the platform itself. I love that we're able to get hands on training with the teams at birdeye.

I truly have nothing that I dislike about Birdeye at this time. The product is great + so are the people.

Their platform is intuitive, the integration process with easy, and the analytics tools have given us valuable insights into customer feedback. We're thrilled with the results so far and highly recommend Birdeye for anyone looking to enhance their online reputation!

UPDATE: It has been over a year since we started our partnership with Birdeye, and I continue to be impressed with their customer support, ease of use and increasingly great features, which seem to be continually evolving and getting better. We engaged Birdeye expecting a comprehensive customer engagement and marketing solution. Unfortunately, the actual delivery was minimal and did not align with what was presented during the sales process.

Despite paying a significant monthly fee, the platform provided limited value and key deliverables were not implemented.

We made multiple clear requests to cancel the subscription. These were not actioned, and billing continued. We were later told there was no record of our requests, which contradicts our documentation.

This matter has now been escalated to QCAT.

Recommendation: Keep away from this business.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Birdeye has made it much easier for us to manage and respond to reviews at our clinic. The platform is intuitive, with helpful features such as templates and AI capabilities that enhance our workflow. Navigating the system is straightforward, and the integration process was smooth, making it simple to keep up with and reply to reviews. I also appreciate the excellent customer service, as they are always quick to address any questions or concerns. Responding to reviews through Birdeye has become one of my favorite tasks because of how effortless it is. I use Birdeye every day and plan to continue relying on it regularly.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

At the moment, I haven't encountered any issues with Birdeye. I find it to be perfect and truly enjoy using it.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye addresses the challenge of having to sift through numerous reviews one by one each day. By bringing all our reviews and comments together on a single platform, Birdeye helps me work more efficiently. It truly saves me time, which is especially valuable given how hectic things can get in the clinic.
