Birdeye makes it so simple to organize all reviews in one place and simplifies the review request process with automated request emails. The support from their team is amazing, if there are specific parts of our account we don't understand, they have always walked us through it and have even done it themselves to save us the hassle. The dashboard can be a bit confusing to find specific platforms and the set up can be complicated. We have had several account executives manage our account through the years and each one wants to have a discovery meeting to learn about our account. I would not say dislike. There is nothing I really do not like. To be honest the biggest problem I have with Birdeye is that it is too easy for everyone to use. Meaning anyone in our store and the internet team have the ability to contact the customer so the first person to reach out to the customer is the one who generally gets the sale. Our response time is roughly less than a minute for a reason. My team is constantly using it so if you are unfamiliar with Birdeye or what it offers you can be at a disadvantage. User friendly layout and dashboard, and you can respond to reviews, check your NPS score, and review your client referrals all in one website. Constantly evolving to expand to more channels, such as YELP. Great program. AI generate reviews are especially helpful. One of my favorite features is the 'internal notes' the staff can put on reviews, messages, or direct feedback. This makes it super easy to monitor the staff I oversee. While I enjoy the feedback the Birdeye team provides, I do not find it necessary to have so many meetings with Birdeye. As an Operations manager at my company, I am involved in a lot of internal meetings and upkeep. Having to ensure someone is available for a Birdeye call, when most of the information is already available in the platform, sometimes seems a bit overkill.

We love BirdEye because it allows us to view all of our online reviews in one location and allows us to respond seamlessly. We can also integrate with our Property Management software to send out review requests and surveys to see where we are excelling and where we need to improve. We have not seen a negative impact to using BirdEye, the only thing I wish is if there were more Support integrated with Google to verify some of our GMB pages, but this is definitely a Google Support issue and is not a fault of BirdEye. In recent weeks, our BirdEye rep has also been super helpful in connecting our GMB pages once we are able to get ownership of them which makes it seamless for us to respond to reviews! Birdeye has been very helpful in bolstering my corporations social footprint on the local rental market. We have a better handle on our clientele and are now better equipped to service current residents with respect to maintenance, negative feedback, and property tours. It is such a simple process that it makes people happy to take a minute to write the review. Other platforms take you through a journey of pages and this one is very easy. I love the AI responses - its not always easy to come up with the perfect thing to say so it gives me a good suggestion and I make changes to personalize it from there - extremeley helpful. I also like the email notifications that let me know when we get reviews so I can stay on top of them and reply right away. It was easy to learn, integrate and use on a daily basis, we just login check reviews, reply all in one place.
