What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye makes it so simple to organize all reviews in one place and simplifies the review request process with automated request emails. The support from their team is amazing, if there are specific parts of our account we don't understand, they have always walked us through it and have even done it themselves to save us the hassle. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

The dashboard can be a bit confusing to find specific platforms and the set up can be complicated. We have had several account executives manage our account through the years and each one wants to have a discovery meeting to learn about our account. It would be better if they just reviewed our accoutn notes, or met with one of the other team members that manage our account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Staying on top of review requests. Since things are automated, if our team neglects to send review requests to clients Birdeye automatically sends them which frees up our time. What do you like best about Birdeye?

It's simple to use, easy to navigate, and has everything you need with no clutter! Makes reputation management a breeze!

I really like that I can answer reviews directly on the platform, and that I don't have to navigate away to do so. It's giving me all my reviews in one place, making it so I don't have to navigate to a dozen different sites to answer my reviews. It also keeps stock answers pre-loaded, so I don't have to make a document where I keep them myself!

What do you like best about Birdeye?

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I would not say dislike. There is nothing I really do not like. To be honest the biggest problem I have with Birdeye is that it is too easy for everyone to use. Meaning anyone in our store and the internet team have the ability to contact the customer so the first person to reach out to the customer is the one who generally gets the sale. Our response time is roughly less than a minute for a reason. My team is constantly using it so if you are unfamiliar with Birdeye or what it offers you can be at a disadvantage. What do you like best about Birdeye?

User friendly layout and dashboard, and you can respond to reviews, check your NPS score, and review your client referrals all in one website. Constantly evolving to expand to more channels, such as YELP. Great program. AI generate reviews are especially helpful. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

No downside. Have yet to experience any major issues with Birdeye and I use it almost every day and will continue to use due to constant updates and user friendly experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Enables our business to hear first hand from clients what we are doing right, and what we are doing wrong. This gives us an opportunity to fix issues, thank the client for their feedback, and post positive reviews on our website. Most new clients will read reviews to decide where to take their business, and quick replies from the business are a sign that we care what our customers think. Birdeye makes this easier to do with their timely communication. Also has AI generate responses which are relevant and will written and are very helpful when you can't always think of something to reply to a client review, and even helps with negative client reviews. What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye makes everything incredibly organized and makes it easy to see what reviews have a response and what needs attention. One of my favorite features is the 'internal notes' the staff can put on reviews, messages, or direct feedback. This makes it super easy to monitor the staff I oversee. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

While I enjoy the feedback the Birdeye team provides, I do not find it necessary to have so many meetings with Birdeye. As an Operations manager at my company, I am involved in a lot of internal meetings and upkeep. Having to ensure someone is available for a Birdeye call, when most of the information is already available in the platform, sometimes seems a bit overkill.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

We love BirdEye because it allows us to view all of our online reviews in one location and allows us to respond seamlessly. We can also integrate with our Property Management software to send out review requests and surveys to see where we are excelling and where we need to improve. The platform is super easy to use and we love the daily reminders about incoming reviews, messages, and referrals too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

We have not seen a negative impact to using BirdEye, the only thing I wish is if there were more Support integrated with Google to verify some of our GMB pages, but this is definitely a Google Support issue and is not a fault of BirdEye. In recent weeks, our BirdEye rep has also been super helpful in connecting our GMB pages once we are able to get ownership of them which makes it seamless for us to respond to reviews! BirdEye is helping us to manage and respond to all of our online reviews and also grow our star rating through review requests. What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye has been very helpful in bolstering my corporations social footprint on the local rental market. We have a better handle on our clientele and are now better equipped to service current residents with respect to maintenance, negative feedback, and property tours. We are able to better understand our tenant experience so we can provide better service going forward - we have gained insight into our portfolio that we have never had before. What do you like best about Birdeye?

At the end of 2024, our team at Arrow Senior Living onboarded with Birdeye, and the experience has been great which helps as everyone we have worked with is super friendly and personable. Everyone has been incredibly responsive, ensuring a successful transition from our previous platform that we used for some time.

What I like best about Birdeye is that is user-friendly and provides outstanding reporting tools, making it easier to track and act on reviews, surveys, and overall reputation and social management.

As a senior living provider like us, online reputation and customer view points are critical to our success now and as we continue to build in the future. Overall, I think Birdeye's tools empower us to proactively manage all of our communities' brand perceptions, engage with prospects, and ultimately drive better results in an efficient way. What do you like best about Birdeye?

I love the AI responses - its not always easy to come up with the perfect thing to say so it gives me a good suggestion and I make changes to personalize it from there - extremeley helpful. I also like the email notifications that let me know when we get reviews so I can stay on top of them and reply right away. It was easy to learn, integrate and use on a daily basis, we just login check reviews, reply all in one place. Birdeye is user-friendly and has many features to help you get the most out of your reviews. The reporting tools are great, and the customer support is amazing—they’re always available to answer questions and can even create personalized reports if you need them. The response time from the Birdeye team is quick and they are always more than willing to hop onto a call for better assistance.
