Asure has a robust time and attendance software that allows staff to not only enter thier daily time, but they can also track time spent on specific projects. This software also allows for management to run numerous reports on time and attendance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The report function from Asure is great. I am the accountant, so I would need to use all those payroll reports to do any further reporting and analysis. I would be able to get all the reports that I want to see from Asure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Add & terminate an employee
Compared to other PEOs, the steps to add and terminate an employee in Asure are a bit complicated. It would be helpful if it could simplify the process to let any small business owner could handle it on their own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Azure is recommended for my business and from the initial call, demo, and setting my business has been an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! The communication is top tier! Asure has set me up for SUCCESS!!!!!!!

We have been an Assure customer for over 5 years and are very pleased with their payroll service. Our Assure Representative (Liza) is is always very responsive and dependable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a small business where employees have many roles, the end of the year deadlines are overzealous at best. With deadlines for w-2 and 1099 due even before year closes, it is impossible to meet those deadlines while trying to close billings and year eend accounting. I understand Assure has a big job to issue W-2s and 1099s, it needs to be balanced with allowing customers to have additional time to make sure documents are correct and not rushed or to have to work Saturdays or even longer hours. Asure offers an easy to use solution for my Payroll & HR needs. As a small business owner I'm responsible for many different facets of my business, with Asure I'm able to focus on other aspects knowing that my Payroll & HR needs are made easy fo me through Asure's service. Since I use payroll frequestly it's nice that I receive a reminder email and call when it's time to submit my employees hours. The customer support from both Kimber and Nancy has been excellent helping me to implement and integrate the complex and ever changing world of Payroll &HR in to my daily business duties. Although having HR documents available to me to download and complee in house it's dificult to know what documents I need for various personnel situations. It woud be nice to have an easier path totalk to someone about what documents I need to download and complete for various situations when they arrise. I've been able to get this help so far but it takes some asking and emailing between different parties before I can gt that help. Perhaps a dedicated personor department to assist with this would be very helpful and much quicker and efficient for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

every single time I send an email, it creates a "ticket". If I reply, even before my issue is solved, I get another automated message telling me my case is reopened, which gives the impression my issue was "closed" pre-emptively. Very annoying. The local team of PayData staff I work with is great. the Asure team that is required to be involved doesn't know my company, the tools we use, the shape or impact of our company changes, etc. The relationship with the greater parent company doesn't fit as well. The ownership change wasn't our choice, we didn't go looking to leave a vendor for Asure, so, it's difficult to appreciate a significant culture shift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
