They made mistakes in paying taxes and we had to constantly follow up on the results. Their tax department would not talk to us directly and their customer service department didn't know what was happening with the issues. Asure does not make sure you are complying with all legal payroll and W2 requirements and when you find out in you are in breach they, they charge you more money to fix it and claim it is your fault that you didn't provide the information for the law you didn't know about. There are separate logins for the hourly/PTO platform and the paystub platform which is confusing for employees. Difficulty in giving more than one admin access. Difficulty in tracking paid time off accruals. After having a call with our feedback, nothing changed, and noone circled back with us about our difficulties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sale Rep, Trey Voytilla, is on the ball and super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Outside of dealing with the sales rep it is a cumbersome process to ask a question and get help. A ticket is created everytime you ask a question or reply to an emial. I can't follow what's going on and it's really frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
