There are way too many hands in the pot. I have a great sales representative, and our company's assigned contact is the best! However, I have encountered instances where I am not getting the responses I need urgently enough. On more than one occasion, I have had to contact the sales rep and/or the main assigned contact to get a response from another party I was dealing with. When Asure aquired PayData the transition did not go well. It was hard to get a response in a timely manner and I often did not get a clear answer. In time that has steadily improved and I am pleased with our working relationship.
The only thing that I am still frustrated by is the Labor Law Poster service. We are supposed to get our posters automatically each year, along with additional posters that we purchase for our other locations. Every year I have to chase to get the posters, and when they arrive the additional posters are not included. So then I have to chase those a second time. Hopefully that goes smoother this year.
