What do you like best about Asure?

We used when it was Mangrove, and although it worked we had alot of trouble due to our size and industry. Things did change when they were bought by Asure. Pulling data was the hardest due to our rates for caregivers are held in the scheduling/payer system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

Reporting was difficult unless you knew the tables you needed to pull from. Customer service was less than desirable at time. The ticket system didn't seem to get the responses needed, especially when you have a time sensitive matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Asure?

That it's easy to use and has saved me so much time. Granted I moved from a paper process, but coming from an organization that used one of the big box solutions to implementing the Asure product, I certainly didn't feel like I was losing much in the way of information while still holding on to my budget! What do you dislike about Asure?

There are some areas that are not as easy to work in, such as the applicant/recruited side. It could use some work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Asure:

The scalability of Asure and the full line of what is available makes this a great resource for the small to mid-size market. I certainly understand for the large scale, you may need more power, but I think with what Asure is able to do, I wouldn't brush them off for the large scale employer. - Employee self service - saves a lot of time

- Direct Deposit

- Time and Attendance - with a direct feed in from AsureForce, so easy to load.

- Better tracking of time

- Better ability to share information with employees

- LESS PAPER!!!

- Storing additional file information with the employee record.
