What do you like best about Asure?

The staff, Specifically Veronica, has consistently found a way to assist any time. The entire team is responsive, positive, and helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

We went from Payroll Maxx to Asure with weak communication surrounding the change. The same execution of expectations but not clear on transition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting payroll out timely and super fast reaction time to questions, even at last minute. Covid has created so many more needs for communication and it is nice to know they did not miss a beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Asure?

I like my account manager the best she always went above and beyond to help me with whatever issues I was having. I also liked I was able to pull up a copy of the employees checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

They did not file our taxes with the state and then the quarter we left them they didn’t file those taxes either. The service was not that great after you get past the account manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rarely is there someone available to answer the phone. If you leave a message, you rarely get a response. You are not given information on who else to talk to if you need immediate assistance. It takes too long to resolve issues and the follow up is terrible. I have to spend a great deal of time trying to get answers from the company. They have set up a garnishment incorrectly which overcharged my employee approximately $800 which meant that my employee had to go back to the agency for the money, this does not inspire confidence in my company with the employees. We were notified by the state that a tax report for a previous quarter had not been submitted. We received no follow up regarding why that happened or whether it had been resolved. We do not receive any copies of the tax reports, we only receive notice of failed direct deposits if we ask. If we stop payment on a check, we have to call for whether it has been processed or not. What do you like best about Asure?

Simply, it works. Constant updates and enhancements to make the system better and have more functionality. Ability to send out emails in large quantities, hot lists, and outlook integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

The UI could be a little cleaner...but I'm not too concerned with that as the system works great! The only other issue I have is with regards to the BI reports. They could be more user friendly and they also seem to take quite a while to load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Asure:

The best thing about Asure HCM is that it's so user friendly. It doesn't take long to figure out how to use the program to someone who's never experienced using it before. It is very useful in day to day job tasks in your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asure HCM has a lot of features that they'll sell you on. On their face, these seem really great! Well I'm here to tell you that they're either not, or they straight up don't work. What do you like best about Asure?

*There can be server downtime that affects employees trying to log in and out.

*Sometimes the sick and vacation accrual does not display correctly. Been an on going issue. The hours are there and available. Just does not display properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Asure:

This is easy and straight forward. It might have taken a few days for everyone to get used to this system, but once everyone became familiar with it, this has been a seamless transition. I do recommend this for an all in one way of being able to track time and accrued time for employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?

Benefits: This has been a great way to organize everything in one. You can see the history of your time card while doing a leave request. There are a lot of options available. It is a great company portal for keeping track of your time. You can also see your company profile. If there are upcoming personal reviews, background, etc

Problems: As seen in the dislike. The major one is the server downtime. Almost happening once a week we have to contact our support staff to make manual changes to the time card due to server downtime. While the server is down for a minimum time (maybe 15 min), it is a hassle. If it is due to updates, they should occur during non business hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Asure?

Elizabeth Zampilla and Carmelita Brown have both been very responsive, however, Carmelita is new to me as a client rep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

Can never reach anyone via phone, Reps change constantly, payroll taxes have been paid wrong for Northwest Auto and have still not been paid or corrected after 7 months of dealing with this issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
