It's easy to get a hold of someone on the phone when I have questions. That was my main issue with ADP. It was such a large corporation that I could talk to 15 people before someone could actually help me with my problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The first rep that we were assigned, Brandon, never returned calls or emails. I finally started calling other people just to get a response. Our current rep has not been the most helpful yet but we have just been assigned to her so maybe that will change.
I would like to be able to run specific reports myself rather than having to call someone for them. For example, the quarterly reports that are sent via mail to me (941's, etc.).
Both years that we have been with Asure, I've had to call in to get an emailed copy of all of our employee's W2's. Can this not just be standard every year and we just automatically get them this way? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Payroll Processing was the main reason for Asure, its been a very helpful tool since we got to it. Employees really like how they can verify their punches, schedules andaccruals thru the app, They can check on their paystubs, or any other documents that they have signed. They are working to consolidate the Time management system(Timeclock system) with the HR System. this is something tat would help once it does go into effect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the fact that I have an online portal and the personal representative that answers any questions I may have. I have reached out and gotten answers back quickly for questions or problems that I have had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whenever I need help or have a question, when I call in I get a live representative right away. I have never had to be put on a hold to reach someone. After I speak with someone, I get the issue resolved right away and the rep. is always very pleasant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
