Once the system is set up, the process in easy. My payroll reports arrive automatically and this process allows for very little delay in my completing of the payroll for my staff. At tax time, this also makes this segment of my tax preparation easy because I can use their reports to help pencil out my payroll expenses, tax withholding and processing costs from the reports that I automatically receive as a client. They have changed my account representatives several times. I was used to working with a single point of contact (when I first became a client) and that made the process so much easier. That individual know what my expectations were and delivered without a hitch. Since then, I have had 3 other account representatives assigned, each time it was a learning process. This process of getting into a routine with a new representative takes time and that was very frustrating. Makes certain aspects of the process hard to get used to because I had to teach the new person what the prior contact already had perfected and just when it appeared we were getting the issues resolved, I would get a new person. We ended up with Asure after their company bought a small local payroll provider we were using. After that things quickly got terrible. This has been one of the worst and most difficult companies I've ever worked with. One example is that they promised us to get on to a new time tracking platform three different times over 6 months. But in each instance after a short while they told us actually that they were moving to a whole new platform and we should instead wait for that. This whole time we were charged for a service that was never delivered and it took a lot of work to get them to refund that back. When we got the final product or was so useless that we gave up and switched to QuickBooks payroll after one pay period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My account manager Shawn Knapp is great! He has been always proactive on things I needed. Very quick in responding to my requests and always followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Fairly easy to use software, although the user isn't allowed to make many adjustments outside of the basic demographics. Those must be done by a representative Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rep is not experienced enough in accounting to answer those types of questions especially regarding a journal entry. Not being able to download reports in excel format. System upgrades always seem to mess up the system sets. Have had delivery of payroll package issues. The Payroll Specialists are extremely helpful...and patient. If they do not know the answer to your question or problem, they will find someone who will. I use Evolution software for my payroll, which is very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboarding was very smooth and the account reps were extremely patient explaining things to me. I'm a small company and they helped tailor it to my needs. If I didn't know something during the setup, they helped walk me through so I could understand and decide what was best for me.
