What do you like best about Asure?

The staff we've worked with at Asure has been wonderful, specifically Kaitlyn and Shelley. They have worked closely with me to ensure that their solutions work for our office. We have a number of unique situations and no matter what challenge I've thrown at them, they have a quick and easy solution. I am truly impressed!

Shelley made implementing a new portion of the system so easy. Our staff uses the software every day and they've expressed how easy it is for them to use it. I love how the timeclock integrates with the payroll. It makes my job easier and less room for data entry errors.

Kaitlyn's ongoing customer service has been a true pleasure. Her responses are quick, helpful and kind. I've never been stuck with an issue or a question since Kaitlyn has been on the case! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

What do you like best about Asure?

The responsivness to quesstions via email and phone calls. In addition, Assure will not only withhold payroll taxes but will handle paying withheld taxes to the gov't on behalf of their clients so the client does not have to worry about sending in payroll taxes. What do you dislike about Asure?

We were suprised to findout that they charge an additional fee if you do not use who they recommend for workers comp insurance. I wanted to use a policy I already had in place. In addition, they said they would be able to work with the insurance company and report directly to them the workers comp amount each pay period only to find out they are not willing to do this. I think initially we were told things just to get us to agree to use their services (this was through HR for Health) and then once they had us the realities came into light. What do you like best about Asure?

I have less than 10 employees but I need to maintain state compliance. Working with Asure keeps me compliant, gives me an expert to help me make decusions, and help with special projects. I wish I hired them earlier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Asure?

They are very easy to contact for customer support. Their directions and assistance are clear and expedient. To use the payroll feature is simple and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The data submitted for payroll is separated into more specific categories when Asure processes the data, which can make it look like it's inaccurate. For example, the total salary for an employee will be separated into the employees witholdings and their deposit amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Asure?

All of the staff at Asure are friendly and helpful. Everytime I have a question or concern they work quickly with me to answer the question or resolve the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

The only change that I can find that has not been super helpful is everything going through the automated response emails. Sometimes you don't know if a person is actually working on your submission since you only receive an automated response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At our church, Asure processes our payroll. They are very efficient and their payroll program is very user friendly. Support staff is very knowledgeable.

What do you like best about Asure?

I have worked with Asure through the years and have always felt they are very attentive and responsive with any issues that arise with a client. I also like that they allow groups to get set up with retro effective dates. This has saved a few clients from having to send out notices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Asure?

Asure is the software that our facility has been using for years and when I started 2+ years ago it was new to me. Since then we have had one major upgrade in software which was about 9 months ago. Although there is now more responsiblity put on us as a customer with the process of Human Resources and Payroll, it is nice to have the higher access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

In our Office is myself, the Office Manager, and an Office Assistant. We both agree that communication with our designated Payroll Specialist is difficult at best. I've also had difficulting in communicating with one of the sales people (& we have emails to give as examples). It is frustrating and inefficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?

What comes to mind is the process of upgrading to the new software about 9 months ago. The team that trained us was very helpful and rapidly responsive to questions via email. Since that time, we are to contact our specified Payroll Representative, where we find it a challenge to communicate with. The system itself is not very user friendly. When we conveyed that to the sales person who initiated the change, he asked if we needed more training. Here is a classic example of poor communication and not feeling heard - how is more training supposed to change our mind that it is not user friendly? We understand HOW to use the program, we just don't find it the easiest we've ever used and between the two of us here in the office, we have worked with 5 other payroll/HR software programs in our working experiences.

We currently have a direct deposit issue that we brought to their attention on around the middle of August and as of today, it is still not resolved and our Office Assistant is reaching out to a different payroll rep to see if she can help because our person is out of the office. We have had several emails that they are working on the issue, but our employee has now waited for two pay checks and still does not have direct deposit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
