What do you like best about Asure?

What do you dislike about Asure?

I would say the one thing i was disappointed in was asure not having an app to enter payroll. Not then end of the world but it is 2023. Everything had an app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Asure?

Asure is a great resource for HR professionals and leaders to have a sounding board to bounce off ideas, policies, benefits, and more. They do the hard part of keeping up with the ever-changing landscape of the workplace, legalities, demands, and trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

The training and webinars they offer are fantastic and in real-time data. However, the webinars don't have solid supportive materials or presentation decks. It's hard to go back or take notes on the calls when they are just quick sound bites vs. having messages or materials to refer back to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Asure?

The payroll reports were very easy to read and useful. Using the ticket system was helpful as I always had a record of all communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

Customer service was poor. We were regularly bounced around to different payroll specialists who often were not able to handle our account. Multiple times I had to call and request a supervisor to get any kind of resolution. I actually cancelled our account with Asure three months ago and our escrowed tax money HAS STILL NOT been refunded. If you are a smaller employer with a basic payroll go elsewhere for payroll service. This company does not provide personalized customer service or any type of follow through. What do you like best about Asure?

The advanced features, integration options, reports, email capabilities. I enjoy having on online platform for the client users and their employees. Asure allows our firm to service more clients with less time involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

I would like some added features such as being able to program employees to which biweekly schedule they are. Client technically pays weekly but it is certain employees. I'd also like a less manual way to have employees make their own portals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Asure?

Asure has recently updated its server which runs more reliably than before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, Asure has given us a constant multitude of issues in the one year I’ve been working with it.

I have been looking to add HR services to help me streamline my work, and I simply cannot trust Asure to deliver. We have found another payroll provider who is offering a lot more value for a very similar price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asure’s online platform is excessively difficult to navigate, timecards and payroll system are not integrated, my employee’s timecards often don’t punch/save/edit correctly, our reports are not intuitive, I need to copy and paste PDF data into Excel hundreds of times per payroll, and my requests for help either take a long time or go unanswered entirely.

Even the W-2s I received in the mail were not sealed on the left side, showing my employees unmasked SSNs. This was an unfortunate mistake, but sadly it did not surprise me coming from Asure. I even had difficulties figuring out how to download digital W-2s, which I assume is one of the highest-priority documents your clients need access to.

My frustration with Asure's product has regrettably transferred to correspondence with their employees, who have been patient with me. However, Asure’s employees do not seem to be familiar with the client-facing portal, and are unable to provide any guidance, training, or even a clue to how it works. It is easy to generate reports from the swipe clock and the staff that I work with is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I initially signed up with our original company, the HR was on point. They were very responsive, got answers for our questions quickly and were extremely accommodating. When Asure bought them out or took over, things went south quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can't get in touch with anyone. Mistakes made consistently. Not the service we signed up for when we started. They bought out our original payroll company and things when down hill from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
