What do you like best about Asure?

Classic, Employee Portal & Employer Portals work as expected. It's a good thing most of our clients like these limitations. I would like to see the ER portal to be user friendly when adding employees, currently very cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

Their "new" webhelp is much to be desired. They need to go back a few years when it was easier to navigate. Not enough customer facing employees, support cases take longer then they should, but expected due to staffing.

HR product needs help. It's not user friendly and quirks that need ironing out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?

My main job function is taxes, currently there are no changes that have affected me. I would like to see a better response time when dealing with return uploads to the ER portal. Currently, I am limited to small bundles to process at one time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Asure?

The team is very skilled in payroll administration and they have been quick to back up last minute payroll changes. The program is easy to use and Customer Support goes above and beyond. We have both salary and hourly and both are handled professionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

Can't think of a thing I dislike. There are too many positives about my experiences with Asure. Especially Michael Dale. Long time working relationship, he is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Asure?

Asure includes all the HR and payroll options I need to successfully run my company. Secondly, from the sales team, to the onboarding the staff at Asure they all know the software and all of the technolgy it takes to have a successful onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

The website is slow and buggy. I have been kicked out of the software while trying to enter payroll. It seems like the servers need more capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?

The onboarding we are starting this week, we are not sure if we have the bugs worked out yet but when we do it will cut our new employees time in 1/2 for thier first day and can be out training in the field where we need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Asure?

I like that the three modules we use are integrated, and that mostly, they work together extremely well. They accomplish what we do in our office every day. Support is responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

Asure Advanced HR times out way too soon. There should be a bureau setting. And Asure Time and Attendance should be able to recognize when changes have been made on a page, and when they have NOT been made, and not require the question about "are you sure you want to leave" on every screen. What problems is Asure solving and how is that benefiting you?

Electronic Onboarding is great, since it takes the liability off the employer and puts it on the employee (when inaccurate information is entered). The importing of hours from Time and Attendance into Payroll is a huge timesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Asure?

I like being able to get a live person on the phone. The implementation person is attentive to emails/phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asure?

They do not have the required payroll reports that aid with 5500 testing and workers' comp audits. These reports are standard with any other payroll provider and it does not make sense that they can't produce these or allow at hoc reporting within their system. We switched to Asure thinking it was a more robust product with the onboarding and time management system. However we had a lot of issues with the implementation of the time management system and have not yet migrated over to these other areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their customer service compared to others is really good.

I dislike the lack of training.
