Classic, Employee Portal & Employer Portals work as expected. It's a good thing most of our clients like these limitations. I would like to see the ER portal to be user friendly when adding employees, currently very cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their "new" webhelp is much to be desired. They need to go back a few years when it was easier to navigate. Not enough customer facing employees, support cases take longer then they should, but expected due to staffing.

Our local customer service team is very helpful with many things, but seems to have their hands tied with others. There appears to be no way to contact Asure - fax # doesn't answer, phone number is an endless chain of "press 1." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Asure includes all the HR and payroll options I need to successfully run my company. Secondly, from the sales team, to the onboarding the staff at Asure they all know the software and all of the technolgy it takes to have a successful onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Asure Advanced HR times out way too soon. There should be a bureau setting. And Asure Time and Attendance should be able to recognize when changes have been made on a page, and when they have NOT been made, and not require the question about "are you sure you want to leave" on every screen. I like being able to get a live person on the phone. The implementation person is attentive to emails/phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They do not have the required payroll reports that aid with 5500 testing and workers' comp audits. These reports are standard with any other payroll provider and it does not make sense that they can't produce these or allow at hoc reporting within their system.
