Working with Asure and representatives from Asure over the last I don’t know, 4 plus years, has been seamless. I’d like to think I am a professional in all areas of benefits, however, I am reminded that this isn’t always the case and need assistance from time to time. Ability to talk with a live person on the phone, at least during the implementation. I don't know if this will continue once implementation is complete. Our previous company only had online chat or email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Inability to create reports requjired for filings with the DOI, the NAIC, workers comp audit, and 401 compliance. The system does not provide the required reports, plus the codes we need to pull into the reports are not available in ad hoc reporting. Other payroll systems have the capability of creating these reports or provide them as standard reports. The reports do not come close to meeting our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Classic, Employee Portal & Employer Portals work as expected. It's a good thing most of our clients like these limitations. I would like to see the ER portal to be user friendly when adding employees, currently very cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their "new" webhelp is much to be desired. They need to go back a few years when it was easier to navigate. Not enough customer facing employees, support cases take longer then they should, but expected due to staffing.
