We are a small company, but almost completely virtual. As a result, we have employees in four states spread across the US. This can be a nightmare when it comes to payroll paperwork. Their communication and effectiveness behind implementation. We had a client that needed a migration of COBRA vendors shortly after we acquired them and Asure swooped in and showed us all of the features they offer and how easy they are to use them. Getting the initial training scheduled was a chalange as I believe they had alot of new clients needing the training - however they did accomidate me by asking Heather Hopper to step in and do my training - She was wonderful, helpful and has become a great resource for me. Upgrade in system makes the emails more automated, the system does not allow the one on one with the representative and the client. The system tends to reply as a robot before it reaches the customer representative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
