We are a small company, but almost completely virtual. As a result, we have employees in four states spread across the US. This can be a nightmare when it comes to payroll paperwork. Better guidelines on how to correct or delete a duplicate payroll batch made in error without running into back end problems such as making the system think its a first payroll of the month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their communication and effectiveness behind implementation. We had a client that needed a migration of COBRA vendors shortly after we acquired them and Asure swooped in and showed us all of the features they offer and how easy they are to use them. Getting the initial training scheduled was a chalange as I believe they had alot of new clients needing the training - however they did accomidate me by asking Heather Hopper to step in and do my training - She was wonderful, helpful and has become a great resource for me. Asure has provided the upmost quality customer service. Their system is easy to learn, if i have any questions I know will speak to someone if I call or email. Upgrade in system makes the emails more automated, the system does not allow the one on one with the representative and the client. The system tends to reply as a robot before it reaches the customer representative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
