What I like best about Asure is the re-engineered process for ensuring clients are able to successfully reach a representative. No more waiting on hold or waiting until someone called or emailed you back while you are trying to obtain the details for a Final Paycheck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is almost impossible to get a quick answer on anything. I have been waiting for 3 days for my reports from my last payroll and have requested them 3 times but have yet to recieve. Every issue is like this...days for a response to simple things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Asure Software has been a great tool for our non-profit organization. It is practical, efficient, and mostly user-friendly. As the single HR manager, with an organization of 150 employees, I have all the tools easily available. I also appreciate the systems syncing together as well as they do. The overall Asure Time system configuration is a bit cumbersome. When needing to make adjustments such as accrual policy updates, I resort to my payroll company, and even they still miss the mark.
The accrual system is the biggest downside in my opinion.
Also would highly recommend a mobile app for the Essential/Advanced HR platforms. My employees have the hardest time finding the correct link and logging in to make updates, get paystubs, request time off, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Asure is reliable, easy to use, and affordable. Also, on the rare occasions that we have any reason to reach out to a person for assistance, our designated liaison, Elaine, is always very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really have any dislikes. The small business where I work as a bookkeeper has been with Asure the entire time I've been here, which is almost two years, and there's never really been a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The growth of the company seems to be affecting how quickly problems can be resolved and emails/phone calls can be answered as it's been tricky to navigate who to contact for what because of position changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was with a smaller company as my payroll provider and they were bought out by Asure. I do feel that we might get lost in the book of business with Asure being so much larger, but since I'm still working with the same people (for the most part), I haven't seen any difference in the level of support we receive.
