Kari and Jen in Support are the best. When we need additional training, they are always very thorough and informative. They have also been very easy to work with when we find errors in the system Asure deems worthy of fixing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In ability to respond to critical support tickets. By respond, I don't necessarily mean fix. I want updates on the status of the ticket and whether there is any intention to fix the broken pieces. Four years is an insane amount of time to have an open ticket. TLM support is terrible. Most of the time we get bounced between TLM and Evolution support, with both of them blaming the other and neither of them solving the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use HireClick, and I'd say the best part about it is the customer support. Anytime I have a question, my dedicated representative will implement it for me. The UI is a little clunky but it is effective for the hiring process. I like that there are multiple statuses you can rank candidates by, which is helpful for marking your favorites at different stages of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I added both application and resume options to my job form, the resume upload did not work. However the customer service representative was able to get it to work from his end. Maybe it's just a bug with the client side. Also, I wish there was a way to bulk send rejection emails while excluding the people you've already emailed without manually having to tick them off. The way they are always willing to help. They repsond timely to all emails. They don't talk down to me but they help me understand it completely. The program is easy to use to the point it seems to be dumbed down. Our payroll is bi -weekly and it is always ready when I am to enter my payroll. I like the fact that I talk to a person instead of a machine which has been the case with other payroll companies. I appreciate the way that they listen to my problem and then reword it to me. It helps me to see that they understand my problem correctly. And, even if my representative is busy, there is always someone there to help me. I know tha it is a safety issue. But, I don't enjoy the fact that the new update to the system keeps me from seeing the account number on the direct deposits we enter. Working in trucking, I have drivers who move their banking institutions frequently. So, I need to know what account is attached more easily than having to call in. I dont like how the transfer to asure was not smooth like promised (supposedly copying everything over directly but we had to manually enter a lot of things and change things that were entered incorrectly by asure) I dont like how every time I have an issue and I reach out to our rep she never even comprehends my questions and it takes months to resolve issues with no updates along the way and snarky comments by our rep when she is the one who never even understands what is being asked of her even though I have explained in full detail. Our rep also does not look at all attachments sent to her and then treats me like I dont understand all the documents required when the information has been there the entire time she just refuses to take in all information before sending a response. Sometimes the people you work with are great, quick and effecient some are not. We like the webclock for payroll, that works great for the employees. The ability to look up your past payroll on their site is a nice feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing works. The two step verification waiting time is too long. I provide very poor service to my employees because all I do is sit and wait like a moron waiting on a super slow product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything. I receive no assistance. I leave message after message regarding assistance and I rarely receive or never receive a response. For example, I requested a copy of an employees application summary for over two months now and I receive no assistance, only that they can view it and I cannot. So I asked for a copy......crickets.

We have been so pleased with the response time and expertise of the representatives at Asure. They respond with helpful instructions and screen shots so I'm confident I can do what I need to do. The staff we've worked with at Asure has been wonderful, specifically Kaitlyn and Shelley. They have worked closely with me to ensure that their solutions work for our office. We have a number of unique situations and no matter what challenge I've thrown at them, they have a quick and easy solution. I am truly impressed!
Shelley made implementing a new portion of the system so easy. Our staff uses the software every day and they've expressed how easy it is for them to use it. I love how the timeclock integrates with the payroll. It makes my job easier and less room for data entry errors.
