Well its a really good tool and have a very good database in almost in every region of the world. its pretty competitive to linked in sales navigator. the pricing is also good . and the way it is designed is actually in the favount business development people. I am still fairly new to the tool, but the only downside so far is data accuracy variability. While Apollo provides a vast database, the accuracy of contact information can sometimes be inconsistent, requiring manual verification and cross-referencing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was a bit of work to get things working smoothly for good deliverability, and there were too many bad leds (people no longer at an organization or emails undeliverable. Access to great data that is updatating on a daily basis - we can use the data to automatically reach out to new costumers and then follow up without any manual labour. We are pleased with the solution. With that said there is of course things to wish for:

1. Automatically change the text but keep the same meaning in each the email to avoid spam label.

I'm able to quickly and easily get contact information for people I'd like to connect with. I use Apollo daily and have found the information to be very accurate. The application is user friendly and I can easily create filters to narrow down my search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm not a power user, so I'm not able to take advantage of the integrations available to send emails or make calls through the application. My company uses a different marketing automation platform to track emails, calls and setting up sequences, so I'm only using Apollo to find email addresses and phone numbers. Sometimes the page will crash if I'm moving too fast for the computer to catch up. Using it on mutiple computers and looking at task manager I can see that sometimes when using the site it will max out the usage of my CPU. At that point is when the site starts to crash. Lack sufficient of data for some industries or locations is the major setback I noticed using apollo. For example, there are some companies and locations in India I was trying to collect prospects' data for, but was unable to get relevant or accurate data for. Unable to set if functions where 'If the mail has been read and responded with out of office' then 'Re initiate sequence after the said date in the email' or Flag the email on top to be re initiated.
