It's a really smooth platform to use and has an abundance of features. You get access to details that you would otherwise struggle to find which is an immediate, obvious benefit. The sequencing is really good and I've been able to integrate with Hubspot easily. Couldn't expect more from a free package, and will look to upgrade in the nar future. I've had quite a few bounceback emails, so I'm intrigued to keep using and find out more about the quality of information and overall deliverability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how easy it is to set up. I have never used a sales outreach tool, but I was able to set up my first campaign in just a few hours. I have found the data to be very reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UX can feel scattered at times. I find myself clicking multiple places before finding what I am looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've used Apollo for a couple of months now. Data base is incredibly useful no matter what your industry is. It always helps being able to identify leads. Sequence options is a great combination as well. The platform is user-friendly and you can very easily integrate it to your style of needs. LinkedIn and Salesforce extensions are extremely helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricing options needs to be enriched. Do not know yet how the new credit usage program will come to play, but now you're getting charged credits to find emails with the LinkedIn extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After six months using Apollo.io, I can confidently say it has transformed our B2B sales process. The platform's extensive database and precise search filters have made finding qualified leads remarkably efficient. What impresses me most is the seamless integration between prospecting and engagement tools – moving from lead identification to personalized outreach happens in just a few clicks.
The LinkedIn integration through the Chrome extension is excellent, and the email automation features strike the perfect balance between sophistication and usability. Our team's analytics show significant improvements in conversion rates thanks to the platform's detailed engagement tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some drawbacks. The learning curve is steep, and pricing isn't cheap, especially for larger teams. I've occasionally encountered outdated contact information, and the platform can slow down during peak hours. Email sending limits can also restrict high-volume campaigns.
Despite these limitations, the ROI has been clear. Our prospecting efficiency has doubled, and conversion rates are up 30% since implementation. While it might be overkill for small teams, Apollo.io is a worthwhile investment for growing B2B sales operations.
The bottom line: Apollo.io has earned its place as our team's go-to sales intelligence platform by delivering real, measurable results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Apollo.io makes lead generation and outreach easy. The huge contact database, powerful search filters, and automated email sequences help me reach the right prospects quickly. Plus, the CRM and LinkedIn integration make outreach even smoother. Great tool for scaling B2B sales! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Apollo.io is a great tool, but a few things could be improved. The contact data isn’t always 100% accurate, and some emails bounce. The free plan is very limited, and pricing can get expensive for scaling businesses. Also, the LinkedIn extension can be glitchy at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Apollo is an excellent value for money. Considering how much some of these services can cost and how much other tools charge, you're getting almost the equivalent of ZoomInfo+Salesloft for a fraction of the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Apollo is a great tool for lead generation with awesome sales enablement feature, configuring their dialer to call only US lines really limited our cold calling efforts to other regions, especially when we were targeting leads in India and Dubai. They need to allow startup businesses to use their dialer to reach different regions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Apollo makes it easy to find and connect with the right leads. The automation features save a ton of time, and the data is pretty accurate. It's been super helpful for streamlining outreach and keeping everything organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the contact data can be outdated, and there are occasional bugs with email tracking. But overall, it’s a solid platform that keeps improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy-to-use functionality, intuitive sequence configuration, robust data enrichment features, comprehensive API connectivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the integration with our CRM was easy to configure and is comprehensive, we at times struggle with data overwriting our existing data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Apollo.io provides highly accurate and up-to-date contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers, which are incredibly useful for reaching people I didn't know before. The UI is very simple and able to acess every Option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Apollo.io is known for its accurate data, but I occasionally experience data quality issues, such as outdated or incorrect contact information. The data needs to be updated with current contact details rather than outdated ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Apollo has a fremium model, allowing users to adopt funtionality and data with low bar to entry, if any. I also enjoy the ease of the Chrome extension for LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Apollo can be very clunky. The sequence tool doesn't automatically work once configured and requires a lot of attention before emails are sent out. Scheduled emails can become delayed when they fall outside the chosen time zone without notifying the user. 'Scheduled' to be sent immediately is also not the same thing as 'Sending now' which can be quite confusing for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
