What do you like best about Apollo.io?

It's a really smooth platform to use and has an abundance of features. You get access to details that you would otherwise struggle to find which is an immediate, obvious benefit. The sequencing is really good and I've been able to integrate with Hubspot easily. Couldn't expect more from a free package, and will look to upgrade in the nar future. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Apollo allows me to large scale outreach in a fraction of the time it would take for me to do it on my own. I am able to find decision makers at companies and easy drop them into campaigns. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I've used Apollo for a couple of months now. Data base is incredibly useful no matter what your industry is. It always helps being able to identify leads. Sequence options is a great combination as well. The platform is user-friendly and you can very easily integrate it to your style of needs. After six months using Apollo.io, I can confidently say it has transformed our B2B sales process. The platform's extensive database and precise search filters have made finding qualified leads remarkably efficient. What impresses me most is the seamless integration between prospecting and engagement tools – moving from lead identification to personalized outreach happens in just a few clicks.

The LinkedIn integration through the Chrome extension is excellent, and the email automation features strike the perfect balance between sophistication and usability. While Apollo is a great tool for lead generation with awesome sales enablement feature, configuring their dialer to call only US lines really limited our cold calling efforts to other regions, especially when we were targeting leads in India and Dubai. Finding key stakeholders for outreach has been made very easy. With one click, you can add them into your Apollo database and your CRM. Email sequences can be painful to configure, but with Apollo the steps are easy and their delivery throttling capability makes sure our emails are not flagged as spam.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Apollo has a fremium model, allowing users to adopt funtionality and data with low bar to entry, if any. I also enjoy the ease of the Chrome extension for LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Apollo can be very clunky. The sequence tool doesn't automatically work once configured and requires a lot of attention before emails are sent out. Scheduled emails can become delayed when they fall outside the chosen time zone without notifying the user.
