What do you like best about Apollo.io?

It provides you genuine Email Address to reach to as many people as you want.

I am using it for years now, and it has worked out for me always. I would recommend it to many of you guys.

It is Easy to Use and Interface is friendly.

I frequently uses it and I have implemented it for my College project and now for my Job as well.

Their AI enabled Customer support is also nice.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

We were using it at a very basic level to generate prospecting lists that we would export and use in a manual sales engement process. Once we learned of Apollo's full capabilities, notably in automating sales email prospecting through sequencing, we realized we could 10x our prospecting output and do so in an automated fashion. What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I would say that it takes a very technical person to put together your sequencing, work flows, and searching contacts properly to really put the system to good use. A typical sales person isn't going to be able to dive so deep in to all the tecnical aspects of this tool. In other words, if you're onboarding this in your business, ensure you have an technical expert dedicated to managing in ongoing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem it solved is that we were doing our email engagement one email at a time, manually, across our entire sales team. We would send about 4000 emails per month this way. We're now looking at 40,000 emails a month with little to no manual interaction. It's all automated. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Lately updates have been really usefull. I feel like its easy to use and to understand on basic levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Personally, i have been struggling with the update data on the platform. It seems kind of ridiculus to me that once I save a contact I cant have any updated information on them unless I pay.

Also, I think the support is taking a lot of time, it used to be a bit faster, but last times I wanted to contact there were hours in between. And also, the email response to me, is a bit bad, not cause the response itself, but because the point of the support is to real time talk to someone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Ease of use , great interface, further AI based emails are very good and giving option to send directly from LinkedIn with company email configuration. Giving lot of accurate email address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Least few features need to be there for the Basic subscription. Like Sending in sequence is very important for us to remain with Apollo. Provide more analysis and information on the company and contacts.

Make really attractive emails giving them urgency to buy our solution.

Further, UX should be improved for the selection of features on the left columns. Because Founder like will not have time to learn the entire tool. It should make our lives very easy. One more important thing, if Apollo want to be giant company , focus on giving initial months discount to Founders, because if that startup grows , they will stick with Apollo for ever and imagine the MRR . Currently it is helping me get the relevant leads and I had this follow up email feature when I was using for Free. But then when I wanted to do the same in Basic Subscription it limits. We want our sales to happen , more Apollo helps the Basic users , they will move up the ladders to buy higher subscription. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I like the data enrichments, you can see buying intent, and a lot more information in signals as well. This is pivotal to find people who you need to talk to (the decision makers). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

For me, price to value ratio is a bit low, but the thing is my plan doesn't include enough for me to expect more than it can, so the credits are good, as I can call and email for my sequences pretty well. It's just A|B testing would be more appreciated on the plan I had, but unfortunately it's not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

All though, my emails may be a bit lack-luster, and not helping me get enough leads for me, Apollo is technically doing good outsourcing with my brand itself, spreading the name. As I've sent over a 1000 emails, many people may have forgotten, however I have talked to many people (leads) via Apollo and have been noted down in the future.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Our onboarding specialist Noah, was absolutely fantastic. He was able to both get the majority of our team who were not familiar with Apollo at all to a point where they can use it with no issues, but also help a more experienced user like myself dig into the more complex stuff such as Workflows.

He helped me set up the Workflows I wanted from scratch and had absolutely no issue with that when I brought it up.

He had a great demeanor, was super friendly, very patient, and had a great knowledge of the platform for the little time he's been there.

The integration was SUPER easy as well; most of it is as simple as navigating to the connections tab and clicking "connect".

We will be using Apollo every day for our GTM strategy, and Noah was able to help us get everything up and running to our preferences perfectly.

I would absolutely recommend Noah to anyone looking to onboard with Apollo in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Nothing. It is way more cost effective than competitors such as SalesLoft & ZoomInfo. We were quoted for both and Apollo not only gave us WAY more credits, but also came in at about 1/5th the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed both a platform that allowed us to create a GTM strategy from scratch, as well as a platform that would let us scrape contact data for those outbound efforts. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I like that finding people and companies on the platform is easy, or at least not that hard. I really like the LinkedIn extension, it makes things run smoothly and easier when trying to target specific people.

I also like how easy it is to set up sequences, add steps and track their status.

I use Apollo on a daily basis for some time now and I really like all the new features and integrations with Pipe. I need to take the time to learn more about them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I dislike customer support. To be honest it always takes them a very long time to reply, and I don't always get a right answer. I also do not like that there is tons of data that is not updated. Maybe someone changed jobs and the platform knows it, but the old email stays there with the new company as their place of work, which makes no sense. Also new features are hard to try: I thought I understood plays (I didn't) and now workflows seem very hard to get to be honest. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

The best thing apollo has is the ability to research the database based on your ICP. It has a lot of filters to narrow down your search and find the right prospects which even tool like sales navigator doesn't have. The emails and direct dials are 90% correct.

Over the last few months, they have also added interesting features like Buying Intent and tracking website visits.

I feel that there is a learning curve to understand the interface and use it to its to its full potential.

It has mainly solved the time taken to find and extract the right database with valid email ids. Since our major lead generation depends on cold emailing, it saves a lot of time to find the right prospects and targeting them through cold emails.
