What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I'm a huge fan of Apollo. io's extensive database of more than 250 million contacts (including verified email addresses and direct dials) has significantly increased both my prospecting speed and my ability to connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Its features are so extensive that the platform can feel overwhelming for new users, and sometimes I find data inconsistencies that then require me to manually verify before I send anything important for outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Apollo. 10 so far: “io has changed my sales approach as it allows me to quickly discover qualified prospects, increased open rates on my email by 30% and the most importantly it gives me insights on potential clients before I make any contact, thus cutting down my sales cycle. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

The downside is integrating with Salesforce. There are so many options, it would be nice to have someone to aid this setup to ensure we are not creating dupes or emailing contacts dupe messaging! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Apollo is helping us to gain more leads for 2025. The main implementation is to grow our current accounts and grow new ones. It's great to find new people who are not in your CRM instance. Its email and LinkedIn automation make our everyday outreach easier, while powerful reports provide clear insights into what’s working and where we can improve. What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work in sales field in cybersecurity sector at Quoinx, so my main role is to identify prospects details and reach out to them on daily basis.

Apollo.io helps me with the features to identify customer name, company details, contact details of prospects along with email id's and their numbers to reach out. Because of this, I can reach out to the right person and identify right lead.

Main problem is that it takes too much time to visit the company in-person and identify this details manually by asking them, so Apollo solves this problem by providing one-for-all solution showcasing all the details at on place itself on a single click.

Free Credits has been the topic for all the sales people because all the other platforms provide limited and free credits like 5-10 credits per month.

But Apollo is a game changes, as it provides more than any other platforms.

No additional cost and easy access to dashboard. Also easy integration with social media and other platforms.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Having used most of the sales engagement solutions as a Sales Enablement and GTM Systems leader for the last 10 years (Salesloft, Outreach, Salesforce Engagement, insidesales.com, etc.), I truly feel that Apollo.io is a one-stop shop for all your sales engagement needs. It's super easy to set up and use, especially for pulling potential leads from LinkedIn and other social media platforms. The data enrichment for emails is a 10/10. This platform and extension are seriously the best out there.

Another aspect I truly loved about the product was the ability to set everything up on the freemium subscription. Once I was done experimenting, I upgraded to the professional plan to access the rest of the platform from additional credits to the dialer.

Additionally, even though I wasn't a paying customer at the time, I submitted a support request during the holiday season for an issue I was having. I received a response and resolution within 24 hours. This level of customer service, especially to a non-paying user during the holidays, truly speaks volumes about the company.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I would love the ability to pop out the Chrome extension into its own window for better multitasking. Additionally, I feel there's room for improvement in the call functionalities; specifically, I would appreciate features like the ability to transfer phone calls, add people to a call, and have push-to-conference functionality for call transfers. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I love the user-friendly layout. It's always easy for me to navigate! I also like the easy-to-use filtering options. Apollo has a lot of functionality, even on the free plan, which made it super accessible for me as a small business owner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I find that a big portion of the "verified" emails still bounce or are invalid. This has led to a decrease in performance in my email campaigns. I've taken a break from using Apollo because of this issue, and gone back to manually finding emails. I only ever recieved a couple of unsubscribe-type responses from any email sent from Apollo, which was strange considering that my manually-sent emails normally sit at around 2-3% response with generally positive reception. My emails also started being marked as spam a couple weeks after starting with Apollo, even though I used the warm up and other safety features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

We really appreciate that we can run our outgoing prospecting and our contact database in the same software platform. So far the data seems well checked and fairly complete. The more I use them the more I like the AI features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It take a lot of clicks to get things done. Not 100% the fault of the UI as there are so many filters that you can use to refine the data you are searching for. The main issue is that we don't have to sign up for multiple SaaS companies to do what we need. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I like that Apollo is easy to navigate. The learning curve for me was maybe 15 mins to get started. I use it basically every day to get information or create email campaigns. It hooks up seamlessly to my CRM and email account as well so I can make sure things are being documented accurately.
