Apollo.io is a great tool, but a few things could be improved. The contact data isn’t always 100% accurate, and some emails bounce. The customer support isnt the greatest as there have been times I have reached out to help and have only connected with a chatbot. I love that Apollo has all of the contacts, contact information, job roles and functions of a particular company or business entity. too many times are #'s not correct or people not working with a company it can be a huge time waste to attempt other methods. I'm still in the onboarding 3 mo. phase of learning but for all of Apollos benefits there are some fatal flaws- the system is not as intuitive to work through as something like HubSpot - it's hard to click around people and companies without confusing your saved history or without getting lost in a network of pages that keep opening and don't guide you home. You can always click the home button to resolve but it'd be nice if they would navigate more intuitively and wouldn't jump pages when searching. My only negative about the product is I would like to see a more usable mobile interface since I am quite often away from my machine I would like to be able to use it more easily on my phone.
