Best because we can find all the features like finding contact email id's, contact numbers, company details, etc at one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the contact details for the prospects are inaccurate or not updated with their current job work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having used most of the sales engagement solutions as a Sales Enablement and GTM Systems leader for the last 10 years (Salesloft, Outreach, Salesforce Engagement, insidesales.com, etc.), I truly feel that Apollo.io is a one-stop shop for all your sales engagement needs. It's super easy to set up and use, especially for pulling potential leads from LinkedIn and other social media platforms. The data enrichment for emails is a 10/10. This platform and extension are seriously the best out there.
Another aspect I truly loved about the product was the ability to set everything up on the freemium subscription. Once I was done experimenting, I upgraded to the professional plan to access the rest of the platform from additional credits to the dialer.
Additionally, even though I wasn't a paying customer at the time, I submitted a support request during the holiday season for an issue I was having. I received a response and resolution within 24 hours. This level of customer service, especially to a non-paying user during the holidays, truly speaks volumes about the company.
Highly recommended for startups to enterprise companies looking for a robust sales engagement solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love the ability to pop out the Chrome extension into its own window for better multitasking. Additionally, I feel there's room for improvement in the call functionalities; specifically, I would appreciate features like the ability to transfer phone calls, add people to a call, and have push-to-conference functionality for call transfers. I love the user-friendly layout. It's always easy for me to navigate! I also like the easy-to-use filtering options. Apollo has a lot of functionality, even on the free plan, which made it super accessible for me as a small business owner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find that a big portion of the "verified" emails still bounce or are invalid. This has led to a decrease in performance in my email campaigns. I've taken a break from using Apollo because of this issue, and gone back to manually finding emails. I only ever recieved a couple of unsubscribe-type responses from any email sent from Apollo, which was strange considering that my manually-sent emails normally sit at around 2-3% response with generally positive reception. My emails also started being marked as spam a couple weeks after starting with Apollo, even though I used the warm up and other safety features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Best thing about Apollo.io is when we open the linkedin profile of a particular person. It helps us to show the email and mobile number. and the customer support of the apollo.io is having quick and good response. Ease of implementation with apollo.io without LinkedIn premium account it helps to get the emails and mobile numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dislike about Apollo.io is Frequency of using logins and the need for constant interaction with it's features may make it less appealing for users who prefer more passive tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Apollo has a pretty vast database covering the gamut of industries and countries. We work with a handful of portfolio companies in all sorts of markets and this is a tool we can utilize and find beneficial for each of them. I like the ability to filter and find people quickly while also being able to build larger target lists based upon certain parameters. For the most part it is intuitive and user friendly, and works well with our other systems like CRMs etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it has improved, there are frequently times that even "verified" emails bounce or are outdated. We have to run our lists through additional email bouncing software to protect our domains and improve deliverability rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the following about apollo. Powerful database – A massive lead pool with solid data that has accelerated our outreach. Efficient automation – Well-structured sequences for emails, calls, and tasks that save us hours.
Seamless integrations – Works smoothly with our CRM and other tools, keeping workflows efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What can be better? Outdated contacts – Some emails are incorrect, and certain profiles need updates. Learning curve – Packed with features, but not always the most intuitive for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a really smooth platform to use and has an abundance of features. You get access to details that you would otherwise struggle to find which is an immediate, obvious benefit. The sequencing is really good and I've been able to integrate with Hubspot easily. Couldn't expect more from a free package, and will look to upgrade in the nar future. I've had quite a few bounceback emails, so I'm intrigued to keep using and find out more about the quality of information and overall deliverability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to set up. I have never used a sales outreach tool, but I was able to set up my first campaign in just a few hours. I have found the data to be very reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UX can feel scattered at times. I find myself clicking multiple places before finding what I am looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used Apollo for a couple of months now. Data base is incredibly useful no matter what your industry is. It always helps being able to identify leads. Sequence options is a great combination as well. The platform is user-friendly and you can very easily integrate it to your style of needs. LinkedIn and Salesforce extensions are extremely helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricing options needs to be enriched. Do not know yet how the new credit usage program will come to play, but now you're getting charged credits to find emails with the LinkedIn extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After six months using Apollo.io, I can confidently say it has transformed our B2B sales process. The platform's extensive database and precise search filters have made finding qualified leads remarkably efficient. What impresses me most is the seamless integration between prospecting and engagement tools – moving from lead identification to personalized outreach happens in just a few clicks.
The LinkedIn integration through the Chrome extension is excellent, and the email automation features strike the perfect balance between sophistication and usability. Our team's analytics show significant improvements in conversion rates thanks to the platform's detailed engagement tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some drawbacks. The learning curve is steep, and pricing isn't cheap, especially for larger teams. I've occasionally encountered outdated contact information, and the platform can slow down during peak hours. Email sending limits can also restrict high-volume campaigns.
Despite these limitations, the ROI has been clear. Our prospecting efficiency has doubled, and conversion rates are up 30% since implementation. While it might be overkill for small teams, Apollo.io is a worthwhile investment for growing B2B sales operations.
The bottom line: Apollo.io has earned its place as our team's go-to sales intelligence platform by delivering real, measurable results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
