I really like getting verified email IDs and specific technology or industry-based company data, which helps me target my campaigns more effectively. The new Lookalike feature is great; I just put a company URL, and Apollo.io shares similar companies' data with me. It's particularly helpful when targeting specific industries, as I can easily find similar clients in my desired markets.

Apollo.io does not provide 100% accurate technology-based data. It provides 70% accurate and 30% mixed with other tech data. Sometimes, when I cross-verify the data for specific users like Magento, only 50% are from Magento, and the others are from different technologies like Shopify, WordPress, or WooCommerce.

I have been using Apollo.io for finding contacts, emails, and phone numbers, which is great for generating leads. I like how easy it is to navigate, with the features necessary for prospecting and lead generation being available, along with a vast database of millions of contacts. It's easy to enrich emails using various databases. The email sequence and the statistics dashboard are very helpful for tracking email open rates, deliverability, and replies. I also found the initial setup of Apollo.io to be very easy.

Sometimes there are some issues in the UI, if you open the contacts and click on the company of that contact it shows the previous contact's company which you have recently opened. If you refresh the tab and click again, then it shows the correct one.

I love that I can find numbers and emails with Apollo.io, which is a great tool and one of the better data vendors. The API connection is really cool, and running it through my MCP to pull data is fun. It helps keep everything centralized, allowing leads to be built and pushed to Lemlist, which has been a cool addition for me. The initial setup of Apollo.io was very easy for me.

Not a fan of their extension, it's a bit clunky. I feel like Wiza and Lemlist have it down packed. Also, the UI and color is a bit hard on the eyes.

**What do you like best about Apollo.io?**

I like multiple features of Apollo.io, especially the ability to create cadences to reach out to multiple prospects with a single click. The tool allows us to track whether the receiver has read the email or not, and we can define the steps to be part of that cadence. I find the automation of reaching out very valuable as it saves a lot of time. The extension that Apollo.io provides also stands out. It lets me transfer contacts from LinkedIn Sales Navigator directly to Apollo's list or cadence, which really saves time. Additionally, the ease of setup of Apollo.io is significant, with no headaches involved.

**What do you dislike about Apollo.io?**

I think the calling only allows calling within North America. However, they have another plan that gives flexibility to call anywhere across the globe, but they charge per second. So that means even if the receiver is not answering the call, I will be charged for that. I think that's not a great plan as far as calling is concerned.

**What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apollo.io provides contacts and email IDs for our target industries, streamlines outreach with automated cadences, and integrates smoothly with LinkedIn, saving us significant time in lead generation and follow-ups.

**What do you like best about Apollo.io?**

Apollo has become an essential part of my daily workflow. Whether I need to extract phone numbers and emails of prospects or gather information about an organization's tech stack, Apollo.io makes these tasks much more efficient. Running bulk campaigns is also seamless, and I appreciate that there is no noticeable latency—Apollo.io operates quickly and reliably. Apollo extension works really well.  I have installed it with linkedin and browser. This gives me instant information about the companies I'm prospecting.

**What do you dislike about Apollo.io?**

There isn't much to mention, but over the past month, I've noticed that some of the contact numbers provided were inaccurate. I encountered instances where the same name was listed, but it turned out to be a different person. This has unfortunately led to the loss of a few credits.

Since I handle multiple projects across the geography, lead enrichment is very crucial for my work. We run email campaigns for that accurate email and other contact details are very crucial for us that's why I relied on Apollo.io. I like that Apollo.io is easy to use, which is great for my team of four people. The customer service representative assigned to our enterprise account was very helpful in onboarding me and my team. What I really appreciate is how intuitive and powerful the filtering system is. What I like most about Apollo.io is how it combines prospect data and outbound tools in one place. Instead of paying for multiple platforms, we can find contacts, build lists, and run email sequences all within Apollo, which makes our workflow much more efficient.

The contact database is large and easy to filter, so it’s quick to identify the right people at the right companies. The Chrome extension is also really useful when working on LinkedIn, as it allows us to pull contact details and add prospects to lists without leaving the page.

Overall, it offers great value for money compared to other data providers and sales engagement tools. It’s become a core part of our outbound prospecting process.

It doesn't have a UK dialer, which is really frustrating. This means that i have to take things to a different app to call prospects.

I really like Apollo.io because it's very easy to use, especially the parallel and power dialer features. Since these features were added, our team has switched fully to the Apollo dialer, dropping our other dialers. It makes everything all in one place, so we can find our leads and call them right from the same website. It has also helped us consolidate our tools and processes into one platform, saving us time and money. Setting up Apollo was great and very easy too; we had everyone logged on quickly and got them their local presence and no phone numbers without any hassle since we already used it from the beginning.

**What do you dislike about Apollo.io?**

I'll say the sequencing tool, there's a lot of things missing. Like, I've used HubSpot in the past, and I like HubSpot sequencing tool as it's very flexible. You can skip certain steps, and allow your prospects to start at different steps within a sequence. You can't do that on Apollo, not that I know of. But, you know, I think there could be some improvement done in the sequencing area.

I find Apollo.io's sequences and workflows very cool. They give me a much more structured and organized approach to doing manual outreach. With everything lined up for me, I don't really have to think much and just go through my tasks, which severely reduces the amount of thinking I have to do. The automation feature is handy as it definitely reduces the amount of manual work I need to perform every day, allowing me to reach many more accounts than I could do by myself.

I think that new user experience could be drastically improved. There's so many sections, so many menus, so many things to set up properly. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with my onboarding. It never happened. For some reason, it was canceled. Even though I sent emails, those were ignored and now the support team tells me that I cannot have my onboarding. So I'm just taking one question at a time. It's a little bit confusing and frustrating. Also, the initial setup was not very easy.

The integration with Salesforce is fantastic. I love that we can use the bot within Apollo.io, and it automatically syncs back to the Salesforce record. This feature has been really helpful, making sure we have the most up-to-date information. Also, there are better integrations in terms of the Salesforce experience and the meeting bot included in the Apollo.io subscription. The ability to get emails out confidently without damaging our domain reputation is another strong point, with email deliverability having increased extensively. The great dashboard provides clear insights into deliverability, who opened, click rates, and all those fun things.

I do think that the onboarding could have been given a little bit more love. Having to schedule a one-hour call with someone who didn't seem super prepared for our instance or understanding what we wanted to achieve out of the system could have been a little bit more seamless.

Also, the ability to customize things is really cool. It's a very powerful tool for the purpose I use it for. I appreciate that it's constantly developing, with new features coming all the time. And I also appreciate the support I get from the team whenever I need it.

Well, the only thing would be that Apollo.io feels like it's very focused on English-speaking countries or North American markets, and I'm based in Northern Europe. Mostly working with outreach campaigns in Sweden, and sometimes the filters, even though there are 60 plus filters and an AI assistant, aren't really enough to do some of the searches I need to do for certain Swedish market segments. And that is something that I think can improve going forward.

I like using Apollo.io because it's very user-friendly and quick to grasp, even for experienced users or those new to the platform. I appreciate that the interface is extremely clean and easy to navigate, which helps me know exactly how many tasks are due and set up my daily pipeline. I also love the statistics and reporting feature, which gives me a better understanding of my daily successes. These reports are crucial for my team, as they use the stats provided in Apollo to show where we're trending upward in prospecting. Additionally, the reports help us understand which key messages land in calls and which emails work best, making Apollo.io valuable to us.

**What do you dislike about Apollo.io?**

I would say that the AI feature needs to be a little bit improved because in terms of the quality of prospects that it suggests for our platform at Dispatch Science. There are a lot of ecoms and three p l's and people that don't quite fit our demographic. Or I also don't appreciate how within the chat, if I've already built filters for specific lead lists, that it kind of wipes all those out, if I ask for help in tweaking that. It kinda just goes off on a little bit of a tangent, so I feel that that needs to definitely be improved as it goes along. And also, the Apollo product itself, does not integrate or sync with Dynamic three sixty five. So during the initial setup, there was no way to actually onboard and bring over and sync all of the leads that we already had in our CRM into Apollo that had to be done manually.

Apollo.io helps me weed out incompatible leads and facilitates multichannel outreach. It integrates dialing, LinkedIn, and email into one platform for streamlined prospecting.

I use Apollo.io to find new clients with their extensive database of individuals within a company. I like how it helps me receive updated contact information, which benefits my workflows greatly. The numbers and emails we extract from Apollo.io are often up to date, allowing me to reach the decision makers efficiently. I also find great value in being able to connect more frequently with decision makers within a company, thanks to the current contact information provided. Setting up Apollo.io was very easy, and after an initial hiccup with the account manager not being prompt with an onboarding call, it's been smooth sailing ever since.

**What do you dislike about Apollo.io?**

We don't really use their dialer or their sequences since we have use Apollo.io. I would say there should be more of an emphasis on providing more data for contacts than their CRM system.

It is all in one tool very easy to use & I use it daily as of my workflow. I can scrape high quality leads from this, Can run email cmpaigns directly from here, the power ups tool fo this for personalized mails is great and its direct dialer do great job overall this one software fulfill my all needs from cold to close leads in one place. Customer support is also great like they resolve the issue instantly over the email only. Easy to integrate with the other softwares I use and not very hard to implement.

It has some technical glitches like sometimes the comapny data gets stuck like shows less no of companies (and it last max 2-4 hrs) and sometimes it takes too long for updating the data of website visitors which should be real time.

Entire process of Sales and Outrech  is now more efficient and effective now as it streamlines leads generation by providing high quality data with all the filtering and personas options which makes it easy to find the right prospects quickly. For my email outreach its simple sequence section is great I run all my email camapigns directly from here adn its workflow automation sections is life saver it simplify managing large scale outreaach efforts. 

Apollo AI or powerups feature is also great it saves my time for research about prospect this feature does that part very efficiently it give summary about the prospect it drafts personalized email for me which drives me higher enagament. Additionally, its insights nad detailed analytics dashboard is great i can track all the camapigns and performacne form one single dashbaord.

Apollo is solving the problem of scattered prospecting and outbound sales work. Instead of having to use one tool for lead discovery, another for contact info, and another for outreach, Apollo brings those pieces together in one platform. It's clean and helpful. I like Apollo.io because it helped eliminate excess tools, and now we're able to operate solely from the Apollo platform. I love the email finding, verification, and enrichment features, and the sequencing function is great. We can find, verify, and enrich the emails of our target contacts, and the sequencing tool integrates well into our email system, letting us deliver emails and have direct links to contact websites and LinkedIn profiles. The initial setup of Apollo.io was very easy.

The AI engine does not work well for me. Apollo needs better company filters, especially in the industry part. I should be able to ask the AI engine to find me all the manufacturing companies in MI with 50-60 employees.

One thing it can improve is to give direct numbers in mobile numbers of your profile persons so that I don't have to go for another to like a man food to get the direct number in mobile number because every time I see for dial numbers in Apollo it's just so the headquarters of his number and nothing else

The major problem was getting the Contacts email and its LinkedIn profile. Manually doing takes more time and Most time didn't get right profile also. But now i can do my work faster and with accurately. I am so used to apollo.io that i can not work without it.

Additionally, it is quite easy to use, at least in its basic functionalities. While it is true that it offers a large number of more advanced features that may require more knowledge or a greater learning curve, for everyday use it doesn't require much effort.

The search and query limit of the free version is quite limited, but the paid plans do not have a very high cost either.

Apollo.io helps me locate prospects and specific roles within each company for the sale of b2b services for my business. This saves me a lot of time since in a matter of minutes I can have a list of contacts for my specific niche without much effort. Additionally, when I am analyzing a company to offer my b2b services, I can access, in most cases with the Chrome integration, a lot of information about the company (revenue volume, number of employees, latest news, etc.) which allows me to better understand the company's data to decide based on that whether it can be a potential client or not.
