What do you like best about Apollo.io?

There's a lot of things that I like about Apollo, including how to execute task and the different sequences that you can set up to send something automatically or connect with someone on LinkedIn automatically. I'm also obsessed with the plug-in on chrome it is beyond helpful, especially when on LinkedIn. I also really enjoy the reporting aspect of it and how I can filter the specific reports. My main audience that I am attracting is cyber security so I need to find senior level executives all within cyber security. Running reports or less help me create strong outreaches. What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

One of the biggest things that I dislike about Apollo is how you cannot change the subject line when you are replying to an email. I would like to be able to edit the subject line after I originally sent someone one email and wanna follow up with another. Also, I think support could be a little better when it comes to getting support ASAP but I know that's kind of difficult to maneuver. And the only other thing I dislike about Apollo is that sometimes the add-ons on LinkedIn and or Gmail don't always load properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Apollo.io helps solve the challenge of finding accurate contact details for cold outreach. LinkedIn often restricts messaging to connections, and many founders don’t list their emails or phone numbers publicly. With Apollo.io, I can bypass LinkedIn’s messaging limits by getting direct emails and phone numbers. This makes my cold DMs more effective, as I can reach founders where they are more likely to respond via email or phone rather than relying only on LinkedIn InMails. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

As a Sales representative, Apollo is an easy way to obtain useful and accurate information about companies and clients that you are prospecting. The trial credits that are given are a great starter to get a feel for how the software works. All the tools and features are self explanatory really, but if you need help, there is plenty of training and support from a very knowledgable team. I love the fact that they do webinars and you an do trainings whenever. I use Apollo daily building a pipeline of clients. Apollo integrates easily with whatever CRM you are using making everything that much easier and quicker to dominate finding your next lead. I love using the Sequences to generate an email campaign. The functionality as amazing and easy!

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The only two downsides would be the cost and the calls from sales support. The cost is a little high if you are a smaller company or just one or two on a sales team. But there is still a lot that you can do without having to pay for credits.

The calls from sales support are a downfall because you click on a feature you don't have access to and someone calls to see if they can get you to add on to your plan. As a sales representative tasked to cold call and grow a book of business, getting accurate information on leads in a timely manner is crucial. I don't have a lot of time to just map out and research a bunch of companies. Apollo brings the information right to me and provides effective ways to reach those contacts all within the same program. The amount of time I save with this program is incredible! Huge contact database – Tons of emails & numbers, great for prospecting.

Automation & sequences – Set up email flows, save time, and scale outreach easily.

Good value for money – Way cheaper than ZoomInfo but still super effective.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Apollo goes far beyond the rest with data quality as well as the number of records available. It provides filters to find exactly what you’re looking for. Also you can basically use its as Crm or integrate with any Crm you have, so it becomes very useful and practical. Plus you can literally find someone on LinkedIn, target them and find their info and be calling or emailing them 5 minutes later. It’s really user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Apollo.io's solving the issue of finding the right contact information for people. Even though I find the professional's name on LinkedIn, it can be rather difficult to reach them via email because most times, they don't provide any other information on their LinkedIn profile. This has been helping me because I've been able to reach recruiters, hiring managers, and other people who are currently working at a company that I'd like to work for. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I use it everyday at work as I like to use it for sequencing my emails and using it to track database of contacts and its data points. I like how its user friendly, and it can easily integrate with Google workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Initially it was complex for me to start using it for emai sequencing as I was new to any sort of CRM tools. Apart from that I dislike nothing about the Apollo.io Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I able to track the clicks, intent of a customer via email sequences which i run using Apollo.io, I use it everyday at work to remove industry wise data to pitch the clients in the particular domain, designation wise data which i can download in the form of excel is very helpful and it has been a software via which sales and marketing has gotten easier for me in my organization and my other teammates. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I can type in a list of characteristics for all my prospects and Apollo searches and filters them for me.

I can add different lists and quickly edit emails if they don't work; this helps me track my outreach for every prospect.

I can get notified if prospects get new jobs.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I don't understand why I cannot connect to my iCloud email from the email server, but that is just one of a few negatives.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

My favorite part about Apollo is the ability to set up sequences and workflows. This can save countless hours opposed to manual emailing and contact searches!

After just a few short days and two sequences, I already have my first meeting set up! Pipeline management is extremely important for all sales persons and companies, large and small.

This tool house maximize employees time, therefore maximizing company resource all at an affordable cost!

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I like how similar Apollo is to other CRM and sales platforms in terms of how it builds workflows, sequences, etc. making it easy to learn. The free version still provides a solid amount of tools. We're looking into linking it to our platform through Zapier, to make it even easier to streamline and automate our process.
